In both cases, he went above and beyond and helped me find the cars that I was looking for even though I had a very specific configuration in mind. He secured the cars I wanted from another dealership and have them transferred for me. He made it such an easy and convenient experience for me as a buyer and handled everything in a short amount of time at the dealership. He had everything planned and prepared in-advance, so we went through the process in a very organized and straightforward manner. The RX350 Sport is perfect for me and I want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful people that helped me! Sally was such a great source of information, and so helpful with many of the decisions. She went the extra mile and spent hours working with me. Ulrick the salesman was also very friendly and spent a lot of time letting me test drive vehicles and explaining the new technology. He was able to work with me and help me through the entire transaction and beyond! He wasn't pushy, but did follow up on all my questions and requests. Even after the sale he contacted me to let me know that he would continue to be available. The Managers were great and the whole team really made me feel like part of the family!
