Excellent Services - 5 STAR-PLUS I bought a 2018 Lexus LS500 from Darcars on March 30, 2019. I randomly selected Jona of Lexus Silver Spring among other salesmen as my first choic I bought a 2018 Lexus LS500 from Darcars on March 30, 2019. I randomly selected Jona of Lexus Silver Spring among other salesmen as my first choice. It turned out to be the best car salesman I have met: knowledgeable, sincere, friendly ... you name it. He stayed late past midnight while I was with Darcars' financial manager. We closed $80K vehicle deal in one visit. Jona's positive attitude and sincerity created the trust to help me make the decision to buy the car of my dreams. I drove the new car home and called Jona back at 1AM to ask him how to operate the heat which I forgot when he instructed me, he answered the phone and helped me through my questions. Experienced, professional and courteous My wife and I have been searching for the perfect Lexus for over 2 months. We finally found the one we were looking for at DARCARS Lexus of Silver Sp My wife and I have been searching for the perfect Lexus for over 2 months. We finally found the one we were looking for at DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring. My relationship with Mr. Shell Lewis began. We Texted back and forth and during that time Mr. Lewis was very professional and gave me my space so that I didn't feel pushed or pressured like other sales agents from other dealerships would. When we came to terms i called Mr. Lewis and we agreed on a date to meet and see the car. When I met Mr. Lewis, he was very kind and professional with us. He made me feel very comfortable as if i was dealing with my own uncle. One thing I really was impressed about was that Mr. Lewis new almost every detail about the car we were buying and took the time to show us as much as we were able to absorb. Other experiences I've had, the sales agent would not know the answer when i asked and I felt like i was just the next in line to take a ride. Mr. Lewis made us feel exclusive. He was patient, and made sure we were comfortable. During our negotiations, he did his best to give us the best deal possible; not just on the car but also on our trade in. The car was advertised with a few small accessories that were missing from the car. Mr. Lewis went out of his way to make sure I had them. This showed me how honest he was because this was something we discussed early and by the end of the day, he kept his word and delivered. I can honestly say, when it comes time for me to buy my first Lexus, I will be back to this dealership and I will be asking for Mr. Lewis. Thank you for a great buying experience! More
