Great Overall Experience My wife and I visited Lexus of Silver Spring to test drive a 2015 Toyota Sienna that fit our needs and budget. He was very professional during the test drive and didn't give us the "hard sell". The car was in great condition and was fairly low mileage for a 2015. The price was right so we ended up purchasing the car that day. Ulrick was a great help; my only critique of the dealership was that they only had three finance managers on staff on a Saturday, so we had to wait about 30 minutes until we could finally discuss financing. Once we sat down with Finance, we were out the door in about 45 minutes. We'd definitely go back to Ulrick and Lexus of Silver spring. More
