Outstanding Customer Service from Ali Golestani I have not bought a new car in ten years. Imagine trying to learn all of the bells and whistles of new car technology. My sales person took the time to explain every detail and was patient as I asked a ton of questions, sometimes asking the same question again. He gave me his undivided attention and explained each step of the process with clarity. He spent 30 minutes explaining the basics of my new vehicle. When I told him I would read the manual for the rest of the features, he invited me back for another session so he could explain the rest of the features. That kind of outstanding customer service is almost non-existent these days. PS The service package and road side assistance is amazing. Thank you Ali and Lexus of Silver Spring for a job well done!! When I met him in person, he told me all about the Lexus RX350 and even shared his ownership experiences with the rivals from Acura, Audi and BMW. When he didn’t know the answers, he was resourceful enough to get the information. His follow up skills were impeccable and I truly believe he went over and beyond. In the beginning, I had reluctance about the color combo and wanted to continue to look further.
