We live a little more than an hour from the dealership and by the time we arrived, Alex had pulled the car I wanted out for me to test drive. I have purchased several vehicles before this one, and my experience with all members of the staff was outstanding. I had many questions about features and how I could personalize the car software — all were easily answered by Alex. A terrific experience for me as well as my wife and daughter who casually asked about the differences between the Lexus UX and NX and within minutes Alex had cars for them to test drive.
