First and foremost let me just say that I NEVER leave reviews, but my recent experience purchasing my new RX350 was one worth reviewing purely because First and foremost let me just say that I NEVER leave reviews, but my recent experience purchasing my new RX350 was one worth reviewing purely because of the salesman I worked with, Isaac. I have always feared going to a car dealership because car salesmen can be super pushy and often leave you feeling like all they car about is closing a deal but not Isaac. Isaac was super helpful, easy to talk to, very friendly, and extremely thorough. He explained every option to me in detail which was helpful because I haven’t bought a car in 19 years. I could tell he wanted to help me get the best deal and option for me and not just the best deal and option for him. After I was approved for financing and purchased the car, Isaac took me to the car and walked me through every single feature of the car and even set up my cell phone and voice recognition. This was super helpful for me because I am not very tech savvy and wouldn’t haven’t known what to do otherwise. Overall I’m super happy with my new RX350, my experience at Lexus of Silver Spring, and highly suggest you see Isaac Okebugwu when you go! More
