I didn’t feel pressured at any time and they spent many hours answering my questions (buy vs. lease, car model features, protection plans). I shopped around to several dealerships and their customer service was tops, in addition to getting a great deal. My specific interior/exterior color combo was tough to find and they went above & beyond to track it down, all while communicating the whole time. I’d highly recommend Alex, Juan, Sally from Finance and their entire team! This was the first of what I’m guessing will be many Lexus cars for me. More

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever My wife and I bought a new 2019 Lexus NX300 AWD with options on today at an excellent price comparing to several other local dealers around. We have been shopping around for our dream car, Lexus NX300, for a few weeks, and finally was so lucky to get an excellent deal from the Sales Manager, Oksana Kolinyk, of the Lexus of Silver Spring on yesterday. The awesome deal was given to me over the phone, and when my wife and I arrived to the dealer, not only the awesome deal was kept by Oksana and her team (Alex Abbaszadeh, Master Certified Sales Consultant, and Sally Morshed, Finance Service Manager), but also additional discount was offered to us to make us very happy with our purchase. This car buying experience is the best we have ever encountered when buying a new car so far. The pleasant is started right at the time I spoke with Oksana to learn about the excellent price for the car we want to buy. She is a very friendly, easy to work with, and a very dedicated Sale Manager who was willing to spend her valuable times to search for a list of new cars on her dealer lot that match with our preferences and each has different options from a base model to the fully loaded model and given excellent deal for each of them so that we can choose the one fits best with our budget. Alex was very patient to work with us even my wife kept changing her car selection a few times, a very knowledgeable sales consultant who spent lots of his times to explain details information about the car features and usages to us. Once the car deal has completed, we encountered another pleasant surprise from the Finance Service Manager, Sally Morshed, who was effectively completed our paper work in a very short time frame with accurate calculation of the car price, tax, processing fee and DMV fee (without inflated fees like several other dealers did during this phase). Our new car buying experience with this team is the best ever, and we highly recommend this team to our friends, family, and anyone who wants to buy a new car with a best deal around here.
