Wonderful experience!!! My salesman Greg was OUTSTANDING from start to finish!!! He kept me up to date on the details throughout the whole process and exceeded expectations when I visited the dealership. Throughout my experience, Greg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained every feature to me. He even showed me how to utilize all of the features during the test drive and answered all of my questions about the car. In addition to his expertise, he was very hospitable (along with the sales manager and finance representative) who made my whole family feel welcome and comfortable during our visit. They were able to cater to all of my requests and then some! This was the best experience I ever had buying a new car!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new Lexus!!!!! More

I purchased my second vehicle about 1 years and a half ago, and recently I had to bring my car in for service to get a fuse replace, which they replaced almost immediately! I dealt with Alex Silva for the majority of the time and he was exceptional! He was more than accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered. And may I add he was super nice! Now, I can say with the 2 vehicles I have purchased with this dealer, ES 350 and GX460, I have NEVER had any major issues with my vehicles. But, any of the times I need to have either one of my vehicles serviced, I always... ALWAYS received top notch service. I will always be a customer of Lexus ( i may switch models every several years but i will ALWAYS drive a Lexus from DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring) and that's because of the exceptional customer service. 5 STARS!
