My salesman's name was Andy and he was great, kept me in the loop of everything going on. I also dealt with Marius & Yafet who then went above and beyond to get this deal done. My situation was a little challenging and I had little hopes of getting into another car let alone the car I had been looking for but these guys made it happen and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. They all were super nice and accommodating to my situation. Lastly the finance manager Brendan was so personable and easy to talk to and make sure everything was exactly as discussed, I couldn't have asked for a better team in this. I would recommend anyone to Darcars Lexus of Silver Spring, again I can't express how much I appreciate this whole team!! AMAZING!!!!!! More

FOLLOW UP : EVEN MORE Disappointing Experience at Darcars of Lexus After my total experience with DARCARS LEXUS of Silver Spring I will be ensuring that my friends and family will NEVER purchase from DARC of Lexus After my total experience with DARCARS LEXUS of Silver Spring I will be ensuring that my friends and family will NEVER purchase from DARCARS as a whole. All 30k of my IG followers will also be made aware of how potential buyers are treated with xxxx POOR customer service. AFTER Mondays experience with trying to purchase a 2021 Lexus NX 300 F Sport where the sales director Jon Berns blatantly lied in my face trying to change numbers not during negotiations but while I was writing the check. Agreed price $37,500 - trade in value $19,600 = $17,900. He insisted I write the check for $1913, well clearly that does not add up. Not the basic subtraction I was taught in elementary school. I feel this was my experience because I am a MINORITY WOMAN. I left heartbroken and left a review on FB , as well as sent emails to the General Manager Berry Feiz and the General Sales Manager Massi Kazemi the same night. I called the dealership Tuesday morning to get the number to cooperate, I spoke with Sales Manager Wesley Barriteau who informed me Berry nor Kassi were in but he would take my number and ensure that I received a call. I then received a call from Charlene in cooperate customer care, she stated she saw my FB post and would be following up after she spoke with the sales team. I waited until Wednesday afternoon and called cooperate again, I was told Charlene had stepped out and she would follow up. I still have not expressed my experience with cooperate as nobody has taken the time to take my complaint seriously. Shortly after I received a call from General Sales manager Massi Kazemi @ 3:28 pm , he expressed concern and disdain about my experience and asked was I still interested in the car. I told him I was, he stated he would look at the deal and would give me a call back as soon as he had a resolve. I expressed my trust issue with the dealership but was going to give him a chance to at least try to make it right. well this is where he made it even WORST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got the follow up call from him at 7:53 pm and he asked if I still wanted the car he would do the deal at $37,000 out the door , I was happy about it so we agreed I would come in today (Thursday) at 11 am to do the deal. I then received a text, "call when you get a chance , when I went to grab the keys to reserve it the car had sold/delivered this morning" see text below I called and told him " I couldn't believe this was my experience with a Luxury brand dealership" He went on to apologize but then that took a turn. He offered to sell me a new car, I said would it be the same price that you just agreed on the other car? he said "no I can't do that" so to add insult to injury you offer to sell me something higher out of my price range. I told him I would be updating my experience on FB , he responded " for your 1 bad review we will get 100 good ones and I'm trying to help I don't know why you are trying to burn bridges" just as my 1 bad review means nothing because you will get 100 good ones per him ,I can go to 100 other dealerships. He also told me "it's not your car you did not finish the deal" Well no I didn't because your finance person was being janky otherwise it would have been my car!! burn bridges ??????????????? a bridge that seems very shaky I never want to cross again in life !!!!! DARCARS Lexus has completely stripped me of my trust in LEXUS as a whole brand and company. even though my 1 little bad review means nothing to your company , I will be leaving this review on every single platform that I have access too. The GM, Barry, offered for us to take the car home for a 24-hour test drive, which was a game changer! The car was beautiful! Darcars treated us kindly without any pressure to buy. When we were ready, the process was smooth with financial manager, Nived. We were even treated with the "big red bow" on top of the car for an "over the top" exciting experience! I'm so happy we chose to buy the car from Darcars of Silver Spring, where they took the time to care about us and our hesitancy of such a large purchase. Thank you! More
