A pure pleasure Sam made the process of buying a new car a great experience (something I have never said before!) I live about 50 miles away from this dealership but Sam made the process of buying a new car a great experience (something I have never said before!) I live about 50 miles away from this dealership but communicated with Sam via email, text, and phone calls about some specific needs I had in a vehicle. He found several options for me and when I drove over, all three vehicles were ready for me to view. He was very helpful and thorough during the text drive. I purchased one of the three at a really good price point when compared to other dealerships. Before I drove home in my new car, Sam then spent another 45 minutes giving me a tutorial on how to work the features. He communicates well, really wants his customers to be happy, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Lexus. More
