The main reason is because of Mike Murphy, whom we met when he was a salesman. Mike is the quintessential professional and the best in the Service Department because he develops strong and positive relationships with his customers who become friends like us. My wife and I have developed a good relationship with him to the extent that no matter where live, we drive past several Lexus dealerships to bring our car to Silver Spring, MD. We've moved 4 times (Virginia, Florida and Pennsylvania) and have owned a Lexus since we met Mike in 2002 except for the past couple of years. Last week, we bought a Lexus and we plan to drive 3 hours for service at Silver Spring, MD mainly because we know we will get the best service and also see our friend Mike Murphy. He is the best of the best in the Service Department. More

This dealership has changed my opinion and set the bar so high from what to expect when buying a car! I’ve always heard stories and been told to be extremely careful with car salesmen and all the hidden fees high from what to expect when buying a car! To begin my venture in finding a vehicle suited for me, I initially went to the Rockville dealership. It wasn’t the worse however I went alone and had hardly any guidance from them just firm prices even after talking to the manager which was also a little stand off-ish although I knew what I wanted I felt kind of disregarded and pressured. I will say they offered me a more than fair price for my trade in. I then decided I wanted to look at other offers so I reached out to many other dealerships however Greg from Lexus silver spring was incredible and caught my interest right away. He gained my trust immediately because even though he had never met me in person he asked me what I wanted and what I was looking for. He was catering to what was being asked and not asking me to settle for what they could give me. He assured me many times that they would look for the best deal for me. Throughout the whole process he was texting me and answering all questions and uncertainties. I was in awe of the excellent customer service as this was my first time getting a vehicle from a dealership. Although I had gone to negotiate many times with other people. I’ve definitely never seen anything like this. In the midst of all this chaos with COVID-19 they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule working at the hospital. They offered me a deal of a lifetime and matched my trade in offer. It was a no brainer decision at that point. We then did the whole process texting while at work. At the end of the day my brand new Lexus was waiting for me outside of work. Again I’ve never heard of any dealership going that extra mile for someone. From the moment I was in contact with Greg he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He did a whole breakdown of my vehicle and gave me all the important information and resources available to me. I drove out of work on Monday evening with my new car and I couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful experience. Again all my questions and uncertainties were reassured right away. Greg gained my trust with the transparency and kindness he handled this process. He did a phenomenal job. I’ve been recommending this dealership every turn I get. How many times can anyone really say that you didn’t have to haggle for a fair price or get sent to the “manager” for a better price. Then on top of that get the best customer service. We walked around looking at some used car when my wife saw a car that she always wanted. Then Bayo walks out to introduce himself, there was never any pressure sells or negotiating. We requested a test drive, checked car fax, fill app, and offered a good deal. They gave us more than I expected for our trade and James in financing sealed the deal for us. Now we own 2011 RX 350 and I will be buying my next ES 350 from Bayo as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Lexus of Silver Spring.
