The woman who wrote the contract continued to ask about add-ons after I had said "no" many times. We took our car in for service when directed to do so although the service department did not have the part in stock and would not for another 6 to 8 days. More
My first time experience at this dealership was a phenomenal one. The friendly environment made my browsing and purchasing experience a comfortable one and the price was very fair for the car we purchased. I brought my Lexus in for a key replacement over a month ago. They replaced the key, battery, and ,supposedly, did some other work. The total bill was about $2000. Few days ago, they called me from Lexus of Silver Spring to tell it was done and I needed to pick it up. So I went to pick it up, turnes out, my bumper is brocken, piece is missing, and the left light is not working. The employees of the place - mechanics, managers, general manager, all denied that those damages were done at their shop and re not willing to repair or cover the cost of repair. They said that probably towing truck did that, but I am positive that the damages werent there when I saw it in their shop last time, a week after it was dropped off by towing truck. I really dont know what to do. None of the employees at the dealership are being helpful. I have a feeling, that someone had been driving that car before they called to tell me it was done. And, now they are trying to cover themselves up. They won't let me see surveiliance cameras, and not taking any responsibilties for what had happened at their shop. The general manager says he believes his mechanic because he has worked there for 25 years and doesnt want to help. And, another thing, they never gave me an estimate, how much the service would be, every time they called it was "probably this much" - a different price. I said, do everything you need, just want my car up and running. And how could they call me to tell it was done, if the left light is not working? More

Sadly, in today's technology-driven society, customer service seems to be at a premium. People have forgotten how to be courteous, thoughtful and friendly. This IS NOT THE CASE AT LEXUS OF SILVER SPRING. Everyone, including the employees who bring you your vehicle to the receptionists, embody and emulate the very best of what Customer Service should stand for. Isaac, Alex, Joe and Troia made me, the customer and consumer, feel very special. No question was too much and no request was too difficult to resolve. I am very grateful to Lexus of Silver Spring for their professionalism and for the quality of the personnel and their products. They are the best! More

After having conversated with Mr. Park by e-mail and phone, he knew exactly what I was looking for and had my SUV read so friendly and knowledgeable. The financial manager took her time in explaining my options and made sure that I was put in the right car that I could afford. Everything was explained in detailed; to include the various maintenance packages,functions of each feature in the car,etc. The salesman was very friendly, experienced, and very professional. When I went to Lexus of Silver Spring, automatically i was greeted with respect and kindness. James went the extra mile to make sure my family and I bought a vehicle we were not only happy with but was th was greeted with respect and kindness. James went the extra mile to make sure my family and I bought a vehicle we were not only happy with but was the best vehicle for us. In our correspondences he was never once pushy in selling the car. He also worked tirelessly with his manager Alex to give us the best price possible. In return Alex took it a step further showing us all the options available in the car and syncing all the devices needed to the car. As well as making sure Joe Leonard and his detailing crew, made our vehicle look like it just came off the assembly line. I definitely recommend to all, go see James Park when buying your next vehicle. More
James Park was friendly, courteous and very helpful. My credit is less then perfect but he worked with us and got us a great car! My daughter purchased a preowned Lexus from this dealership. As the car had not been cleaned before being sold to her she was told to bring the car back for detailing. My daughter's work schedule precluded her from being able to take the vehicle back so I did this for her. Although the original salesman was not available to assist me with this one of his peers, Alex, stepped in and provided me with a vehicle to drive while the detailing team worked on the car. It took the team a couple of days to complete the work and I found Alex diligent in monitoring the progress of the work and keeping me apprised. I do not know if my experience was typical but I know that it was because of the care and consideration by Alex that my experience at this dealership was positive. More
