When I went to Lexus of Silver Spring, automatically i was greeted with respect and kindness. James went the extra mile to make sure my family and I bought a vehicle we were not only happy with but was th was greeted with respect and kindness. My daughter purchased a preowned Lexus from this dealership. As the car had not been cleaned before being sold to her she was told to bring the car back for detailing. My daughter's work schedule precluded her from being able to take the vehicle back so I did this for her. Although the original salesman was not available to assist me with this one of his peers, Alex, stepped in and provided me with a vehicle to drive while the detailing team worked on the car. It took the team a couple of days to complete the work and I found Alex diligent in monitoring the progress of the work and keeping me apprised. I do not know if my experience was typical but I know that it was because of the care and consideration by Alex that my experience at this dealership was positive. More
