Over the weekend, I had visited many dealerships in MD looking to buy a used gs350, and had a horrible experience with Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills. They really brought down the Lexus name and I was beginning to doubt the highly acclaimed Lexus experience everyone raved about. I'm happy to say that my visit to Lexus of Silver Spring has completely flipped my opinion. I had an awesome experience at Lexus of Silver Spring. They do used cars how it should be done. And by that I mean, they do not try to scam customers or get away with hiding things. Drew, the salesman, and Tony, the used car manager, was very respectful. They quickly realized we were serious car buyers trying to make a move, and after the initial offer, Tony invited us into his office for an open and candid negotiation. Tony was very kind and friendly and the man really has integrity. After settling on the price, Sally took care of us in finance. I came in with a very competitive rate and Sally was able to slightly beat the rate, so I went with it. I'm telling all my friends/family that if you want a Lexus, you need to go to Lexus of Silver Spring, I just had the best used car experience in my life! More

I initially spoke with James Park on the phone about a LS 460 I was interested in and he invited me to come in to take a look a absolutly great. After explaining my situation, James worked hard to find a Lexus LS 460 that I liked and that would worked with my trade-in. James was very courtuous and understood the type of vehicle I was looking for. I applaud his honesty and outstanding customer service. Once I found the vehicle I was satisified with, Alex, Joe, and Ali all worked above and beyond to work the numbers on the deal to get me a monthly payment where I was comfortable with paying. Their experience and professionalism truly meant alot to me. Thanks to Troia for completing my financial paperwork and taking the time to explain the numbers and the documents requiring my signature. Troia's outstanding customer service and in-depth knowledge of her job, made me feel proud to be the owner of a Lexus LS 460. The woman who wrote the contract continued to ask about add-ons after I had said "no" many times. We took our car in for service when directed to do so although the service department did not have the part in stock and would not for another 6 to 8 days. More

I brought my Lexus in for a key replacement over a month ago. They replaced the key, battery, and ,supposedly, did some other work. The total bill was about $2000. Few days ago, they called me from Lexus of Silver Spring to tell it was done and I needed to pick it up. So I went to pick it up, turnes out, my bumper is brocken, piece is missing, and the left light is not working. The employees of the place - mechanics, managers, general manager, all denied that those damages were done at their shop and re not willing to repair or cover the cost of repair. They said that probably towing truck did that, but I am positive that the damages werent there when I saw it in their shop last time, a week after it was dropped off by towing truck. I really dont know what to do. None of the employees at the dealership are being helpful. I have a feeling, that someone had been driving that car before they called to tell me it was done. And, now they are trying to cover themselves up. They won't let me see surveiliance cameras, and not taking any responsibilties for what had happened at their shop. The general manager says he believes his mechanic because he has worked there for 25 years and doesnt want to help. And, another thing, they never gave me an estimate, how much the service would be, every time they called it was "probably this much" - a different price. I said, do everything you need, just want my car up and running. And how could they call me to tell it was done, if the left light is not working? More
