I WAS REALLY SURPRISED OF HOW AT HOME I FELT NO PRESSURE WHICH MAKES ME COMFORTABLE YOU KNOW. THE TRANSISTION INTO FINANCE WAS VERY EASY USUALLY WHEN YOU GET IN THE OFFICE THEY ARE ASKING DO YOU WANT THIS DO YOU WANT THAT. NOT IN THIS CASE ALI TOOSI ALREADY KNEW WHAT I NEEDED. SO I PURCHASED WARRANTY, GAP AND INSURANCE. IF I OR MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY NEED ANY VEHICLES THIS IS WHERE I'M SENDING THEM. I APPRECIATE ALL THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME. And by that I mean, they do not try to scam customers or get away with hiding things. Drew, the salesman, and Tony, the used car manager, was very respectful. They quickly realized we were serious car buyers trying to make a move, and after the initial offer, Tony invited us into his office for an open and candid negotiation. Tony was very kind and friendly and the man really has integrity. After settling on the price, Sally took care of us in finance. I came in with a very competitive rate and Sally was able to slightly beat the rate, so I went with it. I'm telling all my friends/family that if you want a Lexus, you need to go to Lexus of Silver Spring, I just had the best used car experience in my life! More

After explaining my situation, James worked hard to find a Lexus LS 460 that I liked and that would worked with my trade-in. James was very courtuous and understood the type of vehicle I was looking for. I applaud his honesty and outstanding customer service. Once I found the vehicle I was satisified with, Alex, Joe, and Ali all worked above and beyond to work the numbers on the deal to get me a monthly payment where I was comfortable with paying.
