Purchased a late model used car via an Internet listing. I asked for and received a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle (nicks, dings, scratches,scuffs glass, wheels etc. etc.) and based upon the detail I asked for and received a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle (nicks, dings, scratches,scuffs glass, wheels etc. etc.) and based upon the detailed, panel by panel representation made by the salesman,Frank Carapezza and based upon his assessment made an offer to purchase. A final price was agreed to with minimal "haggling". Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, we were treated in a professional, courteious and most importantly, efficient manner by Mr. Carapezza. The vehicle was prepped and ready for delivery and the paperwork was well organized and expediently handled by the Finance Manager, Chris Morris. Finally in preparing to depart for the three hour drive home, the Sales Manager, Mr. Alex Abbaszadeh, escorted us to the car and conducted a truly fabulous presentation of the vehicles features and technology amenities.It was the most professional and helpful used car overview we've ever experienced for which we are truly appreciative. Net, net at most pleasurable experience recognizing used car purchases are traditionally not considered one of life's looked forward to necessary tasks. Purchasing a car based solely on a dealers representaions without the benefit of a hands on/test drive assessment represents a new paradigm for the America consumer frought with anxiety and reservations. On Dec 23 2011 I visited the Lexus of Silver Spring to buy a used SUV. After a couple hours, picked out a white 2010 RX 350. I also had a trade in 2007 BMW 3 series. My sales person Adebajo Ojo was very helpful and was able to get the car in my target price range and payment. After that, I worked with the Finance Manager, Christopher Morris to obtain financing for my car. I was approved for 5.99% and told him I would be back to following day with my title. We signed all of the paperwork to finalize the deal and all that needed to be done was to bring the title. I left my trade in at the dealership. The following day (after I had already called and insured my new car), I received a phone call at work that I needed to come into the dealership. I got off work early and when I arrived, the General Manager and Sales Manager pulled me into their office and let me know that there had been a mistake on their end and that they could not honor the deal they had signed the contract for. They mistakenly gave me too much for my trade in and would lose their jobs if they did not cancel the deal. They demanded I give them their keys and refused to honor the deal they had signed for. I was surrounded by several men in an office and felt like they were trying to bully me into giving them what they wanted. I had no choice but to give them their keys and take back my car. More

Lexus of Silver Spring was going to be my last stop for the day. When James came over to talk to us, he was very friendly from the start. He was very intuitive and did not pressure for a sale. He worked with me to find the best car for me. It was the perfect car for me and I am very happy about my purchase. I will absolutely go back to him and already have recommended him to my friends. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly to me. I would recommend James Park and Lexus of Silver Spring to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Thank you James! More

Tony the manager can right to the point when making the deal. we especially appreciated his straight forward manner without all of the usual runaround. we were very satisfied with the 'deal'. What can we say about Amal - she made the deal happen. her friendly, unpretentious, out-going personality instantly put us at ease. when she said she'd make the deal happen, she really meant it. we had fun, we laughed, we haggled and it was an experience we will never forget. she even gave me her pen that i had so greatly admired. suffice to say that when we ready for the next car (which will be soon), we'll be heading straight for lexus of silver spring and their professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff, because they make us feel like family!! I bought a Certified Lexus IS250 AWD a month ago from this dealership. I was very impressed with their behavior and eagerness to have me as a potential buyer. I was greeted by Issac first, who was very helpful in finding me the exact car that I wanted. After I found the car I wanted to get, Tony Ramzani (the manager) greeted us very nicely. He knew that I was a very interested buyer and made me a great for the car which was within my budget. Tony is a great guy; I recommend everyone to go to see him if you are seriously interested in buying. He doesn't haggle with the price. If you give him a fair offer, he will do his best to do business with you. After I bought the car, Tony introduced me to everyone at the dealership, showed me around, and made me feel very welcomed to the community. Also after you buy the car if you have any issues with it, talk to Tony directly and he will take care of your problems. Ali (the accountant) was also very knowledgeable - he explained everything in layman's terms and it was a pleasurable experience to do the paperwork with him. I am a recent college grad, and this is my first car. I've been to 3 other Lexus dealerships around the area but I was impressed with the Lexus of Silver Spring the most. They also have a great selection of Pre-owned certified cars. I've had a wonderful experience here and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a Lexus. Also, when you go there, make sure to buy your car from Tony Ramzani. He won't waste your time and he'll give you the best price for your car. I will definitely do business here again. More

I also worked with Troia in Finance and she was extremely accomodating and detailed. She explained everything line by line and addressed all of my questions and concerns. In addition, I met Tony the Sales Manager and he made me feel truly welcome and genuinely thanked me for my purchase. I arrived at 4:30pm and James, Troia and Tony had me on my way by 7pm. I am extremely happy with the car and the whole experience at Lexus Silver Spring. I was definitely given the royal treatment. HIGHLY Recommended. More

I had been looking at the Lexus RX350 for a few weeks. I had visited 3 local dealers in the Maryland area. At 2 of the dealers, we couldn't agree on a price. At the 3rd dealer, the color I wanted was not i had visited 3 local dealers in the Maryland area. At 2 of the dealers, we couldn't agree on a price. At the 3rd dealer, the color I wanted was not in stock. Finally after checking Silver Spring's website, I began to believe I would have to travel out of town to locate my car. On Sunday night, I checked Silver Spring's website again and the exact vehicle I had been looking for was there. The features were all there, the color was exact, the milage was perfect. I called on Monday and spoke with Chris. He asked if he could call me back after verifying the vehicle was there. Within 10 minutes, Chris called me back, the vehicle was there, I traveled to the dealership. Upon arrival, I saw the vehicle and told Chris if there was no problem with the test drive, and we could agree on a price, this would be his easiest sale for the month probably. Well, the stars were all aligned for me, the test drive was great, there was a minor concern that Chris agreed to have taken care of, we agreed on a price, and I purchased the vehicle the same day. Thank you, Chris and Amal (finance) for making this entire experience very simple, easy, and quick! Not only were Chris and Amal very attentive, but the Sales Manager (Tony) was too! By the time I left there, the 3 of us were talking/laughing as though we had been friends for years, and my opinion of Lexus dealers had changed. I would definitely recommend this dealer as well as Chris and Amal to anyone looking for a Lexus vehicle. More
