I found the listing on cars.com and then negotiated a time to meet. I received a call from the associate and his boss Tony to come and visit their showroom and test drive the car. From the beginning, with my call to inquire about a vehicle, I scheduled an appointment for a test drive with Ony. He was professional and knowledgeable. Although I was unsure and wanted more time to think about purchasing the vehicle, he was patient and followed-up (without being pushy) to see if he could assist in answering any additional questions. Alex, the sales manager was there to answer additional questions as well, and was very knowlegeable. The credit managers, Sally and Tony were great in obtaining the best possible financing for the vehicle. Overall my rating for the entire expreience is "Great", for a positve experience. Mr. Carapezza approached us while we were browsing the car lot and immediately made my father and I feel very comfortable and relaxed. There was no rush nor pressure involved what so ever. Mr. Carapezza was very informative and very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and even went above and beyond our expectations. He assisted us with not only the new car purchase but with questions we had on an already owned Lexus IS300. If Mr. Carapezza didn't know the answer he made sure to find it out. We felt very at home when test driving the car. Mr. Ramazani was very friendly and super professional when it came down to talking numbers. Mr. Ramazani was not hesitant to show us exactly the deal we were getting on the car. His honesty and willingness to negotiate made the deal very quick and easy.
