I would recommend Lexus of Silver Spring to anyone in the market to buy a Lexus! The sales and finance team (Rick Sanchez, Alex Abbaszadeh and Christopher Morris) were EXCEPTIONAL -- friendly and profession market to buy a Lexus! I bought a used SUV here after seeing it online and after a month long search for that specific make, model and year. While the sales executive, Terry, was great, and the used sales manager, Alex, was OK, th a month long search for that specific make, model and year. While the sales executive, Terry, was great, and the used sales manager, Alex, was OK, the rest of the staff bring the whole business down to 1 star. I gave it a 2 star just because I thought the sales executive did a decent job. There is no communication between sales, management and finance. The gal in finance who helped me, Sally, made me feel like I was intruding on her day. When I walked in to ask her a refinancing question a few days after I purchased my vehicle, she screamed at me, "If you don't have a check for me, I don't know what you're doing here!" I have never been treated so terribly by anyone in a customer service profession. Don't buy here -- but if you must, certainly don't finance through them. I was supposed to get a deal which was arranged with sales and management but that was never communicated with finance and when I mentioned it, they did a bait and switch and Sally said she couldn't honor it. I was in a hurry to buy a car so I didn't put up much of a fight. Update: they later sent my title to a third party not at all related to my transaction and refused to correct the error in a timely fashion. I was forced to clean up this mess on my own. Despite writing an email to the Vice President of Darcars, no one from the dealership ever apologized for this unacceptable disclosure of private information to that third party. More
I drove by to look around and end up buying a pre certified vehicle. It is the way car buying should be...no pressure very easy quick process. No buyers remorse. I was approached by James Park with a warm and friendly welcome. I told him my situation and price range and the first car he showed me I had fallen in absolute love with. From then on James had said "Wait here and let me grab the key. I want you to love the car before making any decisions". I test drove the car and then we sat down for business. Mind you my first intention was not to buy a car today. But anywhom I felt like James wanted to HELP me buy a car than just rather SELL me a car. He made everything so easy for me and we negotiated a great price. Troia Lyles was wonderful as well. She explained everything fully and thoroughly. This experience at Lexus silverspring(DARCARS) was outstanding for me. Thanks again James and Troia. You both have made my day! More

He's professionalism surpassed my expectations and kean attention to detail deffinately surprised me as a first time buyer. Troia Lyles was equally as proffessional and very informative, which came in very handy when it came time to fully understanding the whole financing process, and everything else that comes along with purchasing a vehicle. For it being my first purchase I will say it was a great experience overall. I can also say after shopping around at other dealers, they were more focused on helping me as a buyer rather than just making a sale. Highly recommended dealer, sales associate and finance agent!! I never had such an great experience with car buying. James had been excellent. When I walked into the dealership, I wanted to check out a couple of cars, I found on the dealer's website. Since I hadn't called to check, I was under the impression that that they were still available. When I learned that they were sold. I was little disappointed and was about to leave. That is when James offered to help and show me cars - in the same price range with better features. In the end, I ended up buying a car that is a year younger. James went out of his way to work with his manger to offer a good price. This was an amazing experience for me. More
We found an RX350 on Cars.com and flew across the country to get it. It was an amazing vehicle, but the customer service of Frank Carapezza topped the car which is impossible to do! Frank helped with tips once I landed, getting setup at the Courtyard Marriot, going for breakfast the next morning, etc. Frank had the ability to make me feel like a individual that was adopting a vehicle into my family, not like someone who was trying to get the cash out of my pocket. Frank's customer service was A+ and I would easily fly across the country to buy from him again. Sally Morshed did the financing and she was not only great at her job but was a hoot to chat with! Overall an unbelievable visit. I went into the dealership to only converse about my current vehicle. In only a casual conversation I mentioned my eldest son is about to start driving and I wanted to get him to only converse about my current vehicle. James Park instantly started searching possibilities even though I stated I was only talking and had no interest in purchasing. His response was, "At least we can give you a fair estimate on a vehicle so even if you don't buy today you know where you stand." After finding a ridiculously perfect vehicle for me, Park, Gardner, and Lyles went so far as to fight late into the night with their management to get me to a price that I definitely should not have gotten the car for. They even took it upon themselves to fight even harder to get me lower monthly payments NOT TO GET THE DEAL, because I had already said I wanted the vehicle, but so that my wife and I will be comfortable paying for the vehicle. I have NEVER been treated with not just such consideration but honest concern and care for myself, my wife, and my children. Any business is lucky to have these 3 individuals and regardless of the company they may work for now or in the future, they have my guaranteed business and highest recommendation to any and all who ask about vehicle purchases. Upon arrival at the dealership after locating the car that we came to see (advertised on Auto Trader) we were greeted by Aaron Tucker (pre-owned sales consultant). Aaron immediately retrieved the keys an that we came to see (advertised on Auto Trader) we were greeted by Aaron Tucker (pre-owned sales consultant). Aaron immediately retrieved the keys and showed us the car allowing us a lengthy test drive. He was very knowledgable and helpful. After a long day of negotiating (with his very able assistance) his patience and warm friendly manner kept the mood light and enjoyable. Alex Abbaszadeh, the pre owned sales manager was our first point of contact for the negotiation of the price on the vehicle. Very nice man but was unable to approve the price we were asking, therefore the senior sales manager got involved, Tony Ramazani. They all treated us with respect and did their best to meet us as close to what we were asking as possible. We were very pleased with the interactions we had with EVERYONE at this dealership. After the deal was set we met with the finance manager, Christopher Morris and he walked us through the remaining paperwork, another very professional part of our experience, while Aaron took our new car in to be detailed before we drove it off the lot. It looked beautiful! I would highly recommend this team of people for your next car purchase. More
