As a repeat customer, I walked into this dealership looking to possibly upgrade. I was stuck on getting another vehicle the exact same color, but it appears that Lexus doesn't produce vehicles in that looking to possibly upgrade. After I selected a vehicle that I would consider, James immediately went to bat for me. I stood firm on what I wanted for my trade-in, he got it for me. Each time he came from the various dealership offices, he had better and better news for me! Still reluctant, he introduces me to Amal Adnon, the financial service manager. After seeing her genuine smile and warm greeting, I knew I was walking out of there with that car! The initial numbers she crunched scared me to death, and she saw it in my face. She asked me what I wanted my note to be, and she brought me to $18.00 more that my quote! The thing that I most appreciated was that I heard she was about to leave for the day, then after meeting me, she decided to take me as he last customer. I was done with all of the paperwork in one (1) hour. James & Amal are a dynamic team, and I would highly recommend working with this pair for an honest deal and exceptional treatment! More
I purchased my first Lexus here a few weeks ago and the customer service was top of the line just as the car. I bought a used SUV here after seeing it online and after a month long search for that specific make, model and year. While the sales executive, Terry, was great, and the used sales manager, Alex, was OK, th a month long search for that specific make, model and year. While the sales executive, Terry, was great, and the used sales manager, Alex, was OK, the rest of the staff bring the whole business down to 1 star. I gave it a 2 star just because I thought the sales executive did a decent job. There is no communication between sales, management and finance. The gal in finance who helped me, Sally, made me feel like I was intruding on her day. When I walked in to ask her a refinancing question a few days after I purchased my vehicle, she screamed at me, "If you don't have a check for me, I don't know what you're doing here!" I have never been treated so terribly by anyone in a customer service profession. Don't buy here -- but if you must, certainly don't finance through them. I was supposed to get a deal which was arranged with sales and management but that was never communicated with finance and when I mentioned it, they did a bait and switch and Sally said she couldn't honor it. I was in a hurry to buy a car so I didn't put up much of a fight. Update: they later sent my title to a third party not at all related to my transaction and refused to correct the error in a timely fashion. I was forced to clean up this mess on my own. Despite writing an email to the Vice President of Darcars, no one from the dealership ever apologized for this unacceptable disclosure of private information to that third party. More
I drove by to look around and end up buying a pre certified vehicle. It is the way car buying should be...no pressure very easy quick process. No buyers remorse. I was approached by James Park with a warm and friendly welcome. I told him my situation and price range and the first car he showed me I had fallen in absolute love with. From then on James had said "Wait here and let me grab the key. I want you to love the car before making any decisions". I test drove the car and then we sat down for business. Mind you my first intention was not to buy a car today. But anywhom I felt like James wanted to HELP me buy a car than just rather SELL me a car. He made everything so easy for me and we negotiated a great price. Troia Lyles was wonderful as well. She explained everything fully and thoroughly. This experience at Lexus silverspring(DARCARS) was outstanding for me. Thanks again James and Troia. You both have made my day! More
Stopped by Lexus of silver spring to briefly glans at a vehicle I had seen online. I was met by James park, and discussed my situation along with possibilities. He's professionalism surpassed my expectations and kean attention to detail deffinately surprised me as a first time buyer. Troia Lyles was equally as proffessional and very informative, which came in very handy when it came time to fully understanding the whole financing process, and everything else that comes along with purchasing a vehicle. For it being my first purchase I will say it was a great experience overall. I can also say after shopping around at other dealers, they were more focused on helping me as a buyer rather than just making a sale. Highly recommended dealer, sales associate and finance agent!! I never had such an great experience with car buying. James had been excellent. When I walked into the dealership, I wanted to check out a couple of cars, I found on the dealer's website. Since I hadn't called to check, I was under the impression that that they were still available. When I learned that they were sold. I was little disappointed and was about to leave. That is when James offered to help and show me cars - in the same price range with better features. In the end, I ended up buying a car that is a year younger. James went out of his way to work with his manger to offer a good price. This was an amazing experience for me. More
We found an RX350 on Cars.com and flew across the country to get it. It was an amazing vehicle, but the customer service of Frank Carapezza topped the car which is impossible to do! Frank helped with tips once I landed, getting setup at the Courtyard Marriot, going for breakfast the next morning, etc. Frank had the ability to make me feel like a individual that was adopting a vehicle into my family, not like someone who was trying to get the cash out of my pocket. Frank's customer service was A+ and I would easily fly across the country to buy from him again. Sally Morshed did the financing and she was not only great at her job but was a hoot to chat with! More
