Recently, I received a phone call from Matt, one of the Sales Managers, claiming that the dealership needed my leased Lexus back early so they could replenish their pre-owned inventory. He told me he could give me a brand new car, with the exact same terms and features of my existing vehicle, without anything from me except my current lease. I'm always leery about things like this, but there was something about my discussion with Matt that made me feel ok about it. A few hours later, I arrived at the dealership. I was literally greeted at the door by him, which was a shock, since managers always seem to be stuck in their office, playing that game "telephone" with the sales people like we did when we were younger. He brought me over to a wonderful sales person named Jonathan, who had everything ready, including a clean vehicle and preliminary paperwork. A couple hours later, I was driving away in my brand new car. It was truly an incredible experience. Matt played no games, and everything was as it was explained to me on the phone. Jonathan was attentive and friendly. Whatever upper management is doing at Lexus of Silver Spring, KEEP IT UP! I've been a customer of theirs for many years, but I've never been as pleased as I am right now. More
GERMAN CARS ARE NOT WORTH IT, GO BUY A LUXURIOUS LEXUS I wanted a car that was reliable and luxurious. German cars were just not worth it. I went in for a test drive and the staff at Lexus was just fabulou I wanted a car that was reliable and luxurious. German cars were just not worth it. I went in for a test drive and the staff at Lexus was just fabulous. I was a owner of a 2010 BMW X5 and a 2013 Toyota Prius. I didn't have to trade in my cars but I Justin Reed gave me a great deal, too hard to resist. In the State of Maryland you also get a tax break for trading in your cars, so it was worth trading my cars. Trevor and Kenneth are sales managers where they listened to my concerns and made the buying process so easy and stress free. If you just go, they will get you into a car~! Kenneth Kim is the man to go to. Just go straight to him because he gets things done extremely fast and accurate. For the cherry on top Chris Morris aka "Chef" got me out of there faster than a roadrunner and made the buying process really easy. Just go there and you will be blown away by the awesome staff and awesome cars. More

I purchased my car back This review is for Lexus of Silver Spring, especially regarding the team of Andreas Tsirikos, Kenneth Kim, and Vincent Gross. I purchased my car back in May 2014, so please forgive me for the lateness of this review. I was looking to purchase a new car, and after months of research, I decided to go from my dying 2000 Honda Accord to a new 2014 Rx350 F-Sport. Since the new 2015's just hit the market, I was looking to save a little on the new car by going with the '14 model. My brother in law and I called all the Lexus dealerships in Baltimore, and no one had 2014's in stock. So we decided to just go a look at the 2015's. On our way to the Owings Mills location, Andreas called me on my cell phone to tell us he had one in stock. So off to Silver Spring. Andreas was quick to greet us when we arrived and showed us the last of the 2014's he had. The floor model, black on black. Andreas was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, from the mechanics, electronics, as well as history of the model. The actual negotiation of the car price was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned. Andreas was patient and was able to explain every number. He was not a high pressure salesman. He wants to make a deal happen, and he will go the extra mile to make that happen. We came with a number, and we were able to hit that number for the car. The process did take some time; but that's another thing with Andreas and his team... he's willing to stay to make you happy. We arrived around 6pm and didn't drive off the lot until 11pm, on a Friday. Both Kenneth Kim and Vincent Gross were also a pleasure to work with. They want to make a deal and they want you to be happy. I drove off the lot completely happy with my experience at this dealership. The service at Lexus of Silver Spring is second to none. I highly recommend this dealership if you want high quality customer service, staff that makes you feel welcome, and sales staff that works with you to make that deal happen. Finally, my brother in law just bought a car from the same team yesterday. We arrived at 7pm and left at just past 1am! Yes, they stayed until past 1am to make this deal happen. They want you to be happy. If you're serious about buying a car, they will make a deal happen. Just come prepared, do your research beforehand... they'll work with you. Thanks Andreas, Kenneth, and Vincent. You guys are great! We promise to come in way earlier next time. More

I will say Aaron is the VZ Red Zone at Lexus of Silver Spring, he provided me play by play customer service as the car was being services and cleaned up.... He made sure my car deal was flawless and provided updates as the car was being certified via phone call, email, text'd or leave me a message. He was prompt on returning my calls and answering any questions I had about the car purchase. Aaron and Kevin (GM) collaborated like Kobe and Shaq these guys are the "A" team of Lexus Silver Spring which in return made this the best car deal of my life. More
Beware!!! I purchased a 2011 rx350 from used dealership. What I was told was an awd, later , after three months, found out was 2wheel drive after getting stuck in the snow. Went back to dealership and was put in a rx 350 what I originally wanted an awd.. After fighting for every penny, I took almost a 10k loss bc of a inexperienced sales person.. Now I am upside down on a Lexus I will probably have to keep forever to get out of the hole.. On top of a that the first purchase it took almost 3 months to get tags and title work done after calling several times. And second purchase was even worse took 4 months to get tags after being force to pay extra for taxes that they don't calculate for during transaction. Very poor customer relations in finance department was told sevral times "I will call you back" and guess what no call back. Finance manager filled me full of crap told me he was working with dmv and my tags magically appeared same day. I spoke with and called finance department probably 12 times, and several times could not speak with anyone bc they were "to busy"when they should have been calling me in the first place telling me what was going on!! Beware dealership is not there for the customer only for themselves!!!! What a terrible and chaotic experience for what should have been a rewarding and exciting purchase... More
