We met Mr. Kim and took a test drive. We told him we were just looking and were trying to decide on buying a 2015 or waiting for the 2016 to come out in the next couple weeks. He did not pressure us our or even try to talk us into buying the car on the lot. Instead he went on the Lexus website and told us all about the new features in the 2016 model. He answered all our question honestly and patiently, knowing that we were not going to make a decision that day. We made an offer on the vehicle a couple days later, he said ok and so did we.. It was one of the most hassle free car buying experiences we have ever had. More

Always a great experience! I've purchased many cars in my lifetime, including my last few from Lexus of Silver Spring. I keep coming back to this location because of their fair pricing, and proximity to my home. I've got to say, while I've never been disappointed with my experience here, none were as good as this past purchase. Chris Cenado always treats me great, but the real star was their new manager Matt (not sure about his last name). He was personable, respectful, honest, and overall just made the entire process enjoyable. If anyone reading this is looking for a Lexus dealer, this is the one! Hopefully Matt and Chris will be around for the next one! More

WORST DEALERSHIP My past experience with this dealership had always been outstanding up until I started noticing some changes...new service manager, loss of the best s My past experience with this dealership had always been outstanding up until I started noticing some changes...new service manager, loss of the best service advisor Shaun Heckle and shortly after Delfin Green, new general manager, etc. I can only assume these changes were approved by dealership owner in hopes to benefit this company. From my experience and of the experience of friends and family, these changes were the starting point of the collapse of a dealership we once loved and trusted. In turn, my family has observed a multitude of counterfeit personalities in disguise of great management. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! False service recommendations will be made. New service. In addition we have noticed this dealership is losing more and more of their most reputable employees and we have finally decided to take our business elsewhere. More
Great Car -- Horrible service (paperwork on license plate) I love the Lexus RX -- this is my third but the first from this car dealer. They lost my paper work and accounts (so I filled everything out twice) a I love the Lexus RX -- this is my third but the first from this car dealer. They lost my paper work and accounts (so I filled everything out twice) and now its been six months and still no plates. They claim they are missing a form (which thankfully I save the scans and emails that show they acknowledge it). I email/call and can't get an answer about what to do. Looks like I will have to return this mess to them and start over....... alas, not with Lexus. My sales guy Alex was great...its the corporate office I think that is just incompetent. The amount of hours I have spent on this would make you cry. More

Perfection I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but never have I felt compelled to write a review regarding my experience at a place of business. Recently, I r I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but never have I felt compelled to write a review regarding my experience at a place of business. Recently, I received a phone call from Matt, one of the Sales Managers, claiming that the dealership needed my leased Lexus back early so they could replenish their pre-owned inventory. He told me he could give me a brand new car, with the exact same terms and features of my existing vehicle, without anything from me except my current lease. I'm always leery about things like this, but there was something about my discussion with Matt that made me feel ok about it. A few hours later, I arrived at the dealership. I was literally greeted at the door by him, which was a shock, since managers always seem to be stuck in their office, playing that game "telephone" with the sales people like we did when we were younger. He brought me over to a wonderful sales person named Jonathan, who had everything ready, including a clean vehicle and preliminary paperwork. A couple hours later, I was driving away in my brand new car. It was truly an incredible experience. Matt played no games, and everything was as it was explained to me on the phone. Jonathan was attentive and friendly. Whatever upper management is doing at Lexus of Silver Spring, KEEP IT UP! I've been a customer of theirs for many years, but I've never been as pleased as I am right now. More
