We met Mr. Kim and took a test drive. We told him we were just looking and were trying to decide on buying a 2015 or waiting for the 2016 to come out in the next couple weeks. He did not pressure us our or even try to talk us into buying the car on the lot. Instead he went on the Lexus website and told us all about the new features in the 2016 model. He answered all our question honestly and patiently, knowing that we were not going to make a decision that day. We made an offer on the vehicle a couple days later, he said ok and so did we..
