Stephanie went out of her way, answering my many questions and dealing with my indecisiveness, and she was able to not only put me in a car, but the car of my dreams. I dreaded the thought of having to sit in a dealership for hours and hours and filling out paperwork, but little did I know, this time around would be different. She was entertaining and very personable. She made me feel right at home and next thing I knew, the process was over and done with. It seemed so seamless and as a result, I have referred a few friends that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Her professionalism and attention to detail definitely stood out and I will always remember that. I am so pleased with the service provided by Lexus of Silver Spring that I decided to name my car Lexi. Ali was very patient in listening to all my questions and I never felt rushed. Ali was enthusiastic about the Lexus SUVs and had documentation to back up all of what he told me. I also felt that Ali and the Sales Manager were fair in their approach to negotiating the vehicle price. Financial services provided detailed explanations of their services and various options for finance. More

No pressure salesman! I had never owned a Lexus previously and had not bought a new car in 10 years. These guys were approachable, down to earth and went above and beyond t I had never owned a Lexus previously and had not bought a new car in 10 years. These guys were approachable, down to earth and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They were very professional and up front. I had to run to pick up my kids and they helped me clean out my trade in and even put in my kids car seats so I was ready to roll out when the papers were signed. The Lexus Service Experience started the moment Sam Kim greeted us. His goal was to find the car that best suited our needs and driving style. It was only after my wife was pleased with the test ride and options on the 350 RX, that we discussed price. Sam and Amal worked well into the evening hours to get our trade in processed and the paper work completed in order for us to go home with our new car.
