I entered the showroom knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to test drive. I loved it! After working the numbers, reality hit that I couldn't afford my dream car. Mr. Lewis could see the hurt in my eyes. He did everything humanly possible to find the same model vehicle of my liking. He actually found one at a lesser price and less mileage. I was pleased. The best part was he and the manager, Billy Karagiorgis worked together to get me the best monyhly payment suitable for my budget. I was sold. The showroom was closing but the entire team continued to treat me as a valued customer. I was there with Sally Morshed until 11pm signing papers to drive home in my new to me RX350. Mr. Lewis stayed until the very end as a pulled off the Lexus parking lot. Now that's great customer service. The three of them were great to work with. More
