I was also pleasantly surprised when Chris Morris came to me and thanked me for the purchase today. Usually the sales manager sits at a desk like a robot and has the arrogance of a lion!! Chris was so down to earth, in fact several times he interacted with me while i was waiting for the car to be prepped and detailed.
