This was our second Lexus dealer visited that day. Having plenty of dealership experience on both sides of the desk, I love cars and loath the traditional buying process. I checked Yelp and asked for Sam after seeing all of the positive reviews. He couldn't have been more helpful, easy going and low pressure. Knowing their online inventory, we asked sam for a particular VIN and he brought the car around for us to test drive. While the process took a bit of time, Sam was able to work out solid deal within budget and my sister and her wife drove home with a gorgeous CPO Lexus. Sam's level of attention to detail and customer service skills are beyond comparison. The personal touch of delivering a loaner to her home while her car was picked up for detailing a week later was fantastic. More

We went car shopping last weekend, and after having a poor experience at a Lexus dealership in Chantilly, we drove to Lexus of Silver Spring to check We went car shopping last weekend, and after having a poor experience at a Lexus dealership in Chantilly, we drove to Lexus of Silver Spring to check out one of their certified CT 200s. The difference between the two dealerships was like night and day. Based on the positive online reviews, we asked for Sam Kim, and we weren't disappointed. Sam was friendly, honest, and super knowledgable. He checked the inventory for all of their CT 200s and gave us the information we needed. After a test drive, we found a 2016 CT 200 that was a perfect fit. It was clean, in great condition, and had a reasonable list price. They ended up giving me more for my trade-in than both Carmax and the Chantilly dealership offered, charged $300 for the dealership processing fee (compared to $699 at the Chantilly dealership), and agreed to a great deal on the final price of the car. Sam was extremely patient throughout the entire negotiation process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When I got the the finance office, I had another pleasant experience. Daji Cummings, the financial services manager, was fast with the paperwork and didn't pressure us to buy an additional warranty. We usually dread car shopping, but our experience at Lexus of Silver Spring completely changed our perspective. There's no doubt that they gained a customer for life--and we will definitely go to Sam to buy our next car. I'd highly recommend him! More

During my previous visit I need more detailed work, but it doesn’t matter if the service is big or small, Andris is always professional, courteous and goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs are meet. Found the vehicle that I was searching for On 10/27/2017 I visited Lexus of Silver Spring to look at a mica blue 2016 RX350 that was advertised. They had just sold it. On 10/30/2017 my sales professional Lloyd Howell searched and found a mica blue 2017 RX350 in their inventory. On 11/1/2017 return to dealership examined and negotiated the purchase of the 2017 mica blue RX350. Lloyd Howell even gave me a 2017 exact loaner while they detail my vehicle. On 11/4/2017 pick up my 2017 RX350 after searching for a vehicle for four months. Need I say anything more. I believed the words written speaks for the dealership and the job Lloyd did. He delivered! Shop Elsewhere! I had a great initial buying process but was very unsatisfied overall. When the car I purchased 3-days prior began to make noises, I didn't worry as I had a great initial buying process but was very unsatisfied overall. When the car I purchased 3-days prior began to make noises, I didn't worry as the car had a "30-day warranty". When I called, I told them I had made an appointment with Firestone to get the noise checked. I spoke with the preowned car manager, Chelsea Grant and was pleasantly surprised when she told me to make an appointment with my local dealership. I never use the dealership for service as they charge an arm and a leg. I canceled my Firestone appointment and made the appointment with the dealership. Turns out the rotors were bad and the repair was going to cost me $665. As soon as I got the estimate, as requested I emailed Chelsea. Again, I had purchased from a reputable dealership and had a great 30-day warranty so I felt pretty good. Unfortunately, this is the response I got (verbatim): "We will only reimburse for safety items that are listed under the 30-day/1,000 miles warranty. Thank you" Now I wasn't feeling so good about things. I asked them to reconsider twice and they refused to help in any way. Because they told me to go to the dealership for service, I was stuck with their $165 diagnostic fee and was forced to pay 40% more than I needed to for the repair. Worst of all, Chelsea denied ever telling me to go to the dealership and said "I was confusing the call I had with (the sales person)". At that point I realized Chelsea, who is the manager of the entire department was going to continue to evade responsibility for her actions. At the end of the day, I was only looking for them to help with the repair and at the very least pay for the diagnostic fee that brought upon me. Instead I'm out $660 and left extremely frustrated with the poor customer service I received. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. It's clear that once your check clears, so does their accountability. UPDATE: 11/7/17 - I received an email from Darcar's customer service team asking for me to get in touch with them to see if they could resolve this. They told me that they were going to discuss the matter with their sales team and get back to me the next day, that was over a week ago. No response, and they were the ones who reached out to me. Par for the course, very unprofessional and a clear lack of accountability. As I stated earlier, go elsewhere and save yourself some frustration. More

He showed me the different models, different features of the models, explained pricing. He also explained the difference between leasing and financing. I initially wanted to finance but Tony changed my mind! I had a terrible experience the first time I was at this dealership but staff seems friendlier. I will be back again for Tony!
