He wasn't pushy about adding options and really seemed to respect the customer's wishes and goals - made you feel very at ease with the whole process. He also took a lot of time to explain details about the car and made himself very available for questions. All of the employees at this dealership were very courteous and always willing to help. Overall, an excellent experience and would highly recommend seeing Mr. Kim. He's a very empathetic guy who seems to really cares about his customers and finding a good deal for them. Financial details were worked out with Mr. Cummings. He was also very respectful and efficient. He promised to finish all the paperwork within 35 minutes and he kept his word! Seriously, a great experience with this dealership on all fronts. Customer service skills are top-notch. More
