He patiently answered all of my questions while at the dealership, and followed up after our purchase by visiting our home (more than a half-hour away, in inclement weather) to make sure that our new car was correctly synced to our automatic garage door and to give me a first-hand tutorial on all of the features of the 2018 Lexus that differed from the earlier model ES 350 (a 2014) that I'd owned. He has been there for many years, he is always responsive to me and my calls which are mostly about getting a new car, and who wouldn't be happy to help me get a new car.
