I was in the market for a BMW but was treated very poorly by the salesman at the BMW dealership. Unfortunately for him, the salesman made some assumptions and surmised that I was not a viable customer. So, I moved on and stopped by the Lexus of Silver Spring dealership on my way home. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chris. He met my husband and I at the door. He was so friendly and patient. Most importantly, he made no assumptions about my ability to purchase a car that day.
