This wasn’t a routine purchase. The entire deal started and closed with just a few phone calls and texts. Purchasing a car over the phone and sight unseen worried me, but the team at Darcars was incredibly helpful and got me my car! James eliminated any worries and helped me secure everything. I genuinely appreciate James trusting me, a random guy who called up a dealership “inquiring about a car”! Let's get one thing out of the way: I truly do not enjoy car shopping. The back-and-forth between the salesman, the manager, me, back to the salesman, the manager, and finally back to Me... you get what I car shopping. But with Sam Kim, none of the bickering and back-and-forth I'm used to reared its ugly head and the buying experience was absolutely stress-free and dear I say, pleasant? I called Sam Kim on Thursday and laid out which model he had in stock I wanted and the price I was willing to agree to. He didn't say, "Why don't you come into the dealer and we can talk about the price" He said, "We can do that" over the phone in 10 minutes. I went to the dealer the next day and I was greeted by Angelica, who showed me all the features of the 2026 RX 350h I was purchasing, and I purchased the new Lexus without any surprises. Let me start with honesty — my 2024 TX350 was part of the first rollout year of the model, and unfortunately, I experienced some issues. That said, my family absolutely loved the vehicle. The size was perfect for us, the safety features gave us peace of mind, and the fuel efficiency was impressive for a vehicle in its class. Even with the challenges, we knew the TX was the right fit for our family. When we found ourselves still a few years into our lease but needing help, we reached back out to General Manager Berry Feiz — and he delivered in typical fashion. He was sympathetic, attentive to my concerns, and immediately connected me with Executive Sales Consultant Hafeez Omar. Hafeez was outstanding. Truly. He worked diligently to find me a 2026 TX with all the features my family wanted — and within my budget. He was transparent, honest, and patient while working through the numbers with me. I visited three other dealerships before making my decision, and I can confidently say they were SUPER competitive in their deal. Trust me!! The professionalism and fairness stood out. Once we secured the vehicle, I had the pleasure of working with Financial Services Manager Saji Vettukattel. If you’ve ever been in a finance office at a dealership, you know it can sometimes feel high-pressure with add-ons being pushed. That was NOT my experience here. Saji was incredibly honest, explained every option clearly, and never once made me feel pressured. He provided great pricing and helped me think strategically — especially when it came to maintenance. After seeing scheduled maintenance services creep up to $500, it made sense to lock in pricing and protect myself from rising labor and parts costs. If you know, you know — maintenance on luxury vehicles is a premium. Having that assurance across any Lexus dealership gave me peace of mind. And let me give you the real scoop on the Darcars Assurance add-on. Yes, at first glance it can feel like just another cost. But for me, it absolutely worked. I used the detailing service twice and both times my TX came back showroom-quality clean. Just plan ahead — I scheduled about two weeks out. Even better, I was able to leverage the credits from the program toward my new lease. That reduced my down payment and helped with my final numbers — which was a huge win. If you’re leasing, I also recommend the tire and wheel protection. It covered scratches and dents, and when it came time to trade in my lease, the process was smooth and stress-free because I had nothing to worry about regarding exterior condition. Car buying and leasing can be nerve-wracking. You never quite know what to expect.
