My wife and I recently purchased a 2025 RX350. Our initial experience was very good. Shortly after getting home with the vehicle we found a defect. I immediately contacted my salesman Matt. He immediately contacted his sales manager Wesley who contacted us within 24 hours. They went above and beyond to correct the issue. I'm personally a chevy and ford guy but after great service I am considering buy our next Lexus from Darcars Lexus from sales to the finance manager In Choi they have earned future business from me. PLEASE GIVE THIS A READ BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! 1. Bought the used cars from them with the carfax they provided me of a clean carfax but the car was actually in a previous accident (according to another dealership I went to, to get my car checked). I understand the previous owner could’ve not reported the accident but the previous Lexus dealership this car was at did NOT certify the car because it did not pass the Lexus certification qualifications. Called the previous dealership and found out DARCARS silver spring bought this car at auction and then proceeded to certify it. Called them out for it and of course, they didn’t care. Wouldn’t work things out with me AT ALL. 2. General Manager makes a “deal” with you if you write them a 5 star review so most of these reviews are probably fake. 3. Was promised to fill up my car, get a car wash, and fix something in the interior of my car by Ryan Waltjen (Sales Manager) since I bought my car at night and the service department was closed. NEVER responded to any of my 4 emails to this day (14 months later). 4. Spoke to Joe (another manager) when I went in to complain and I would’ve rather have this guy tell me to leave than have me waste my time talking and him lean back in his chair, look around, and not give a care in the world to what we had to say. Asked for a business card and he didn’t have one, said he would email me with a quote to sell the car they scammed me to buy- never did. Long story short, I have never felt so much shadiness from a dealership before. They certify cars that don’t qualify and are degrading/tainting the name of Lexus and their highly coveted certification. They just sell cars and don’t want anything to do with you after. Reported them to Lexus Corporate and gave them all the details and the name of everyone who did not help me. DARCARS partnership with Lexus is pending…… More

Matt Manuel is the sales representative who helps us handle this process. He is very professional and cordial. He gives a very detailed explanation on basics of the car so that I do not have any issue driving home. (my first Lexus). Kai Graham and Delmy Vasquez are internet sales personnel and both of them are very responsive and reasonable during price negotiation. Never been pushed or tricked to buy any add-ons or services during the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership. More
