Told Katherine Policastro, the Sales Consultant who sold us the LS500 a few mon Stopped into the Mt. Kisco Lexus dealership without an appointment. Told Katherine Policastro, the Sales Consultant who sold us the LS500 a few months ago, that I had clipped a street sign and suffered a few chips that I'd like addressed so they wouldn't rust. Kathy arranged to have our car quickly repaired and without any charge. We were on our way within an hour. Amazing service from an amazing dealership. More

worst service department and worst repair experience Worst service department one can imagine. Highway robbery charges. After initial assessment of the car's work I declined to get work done. They not only resorted to blackmailing and extorting money while I had completely said not to start any kind of work. They said now that i'm not getting work done they will be charging me storage of the car while they assessed the car and I have to pay the charges as they desired before the car canbe taken , and also they subletted the work to an outside body shop to even assess while I was not informed of this earlier. I ended up paying close to $2000 for 0 work done on car as they started adding wrong charges. I talked to Ro Pena whose attitude changed after learning i'm not getting work done and even the manager at service department Rafael Cerulo was not giving me the number of GM even when i asked so I can talk to him. I would highly highly recommend to stay from this place. I wish there was an option of 0 star. More
Wonderful sales and service departments Joe Myers was our sales representative this time at Lexus of Mt Kisco. This is our fourth lexus with this dealership. The entire staff is experience Joe Myers was our sales representative this time at Lexus of Mt Kisco. This is our fourth lexus with this dealership. The entire staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. After purchasing our car, Joe has called a few times to check in a make sure everything is going smoothly. He even offered to come over to our house if we had any difficulty hooking up the garage door opener in the car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Not the Lexus experience I was expecting My review is to focus on a service visit here . I got the car at the Greenich location and the selling experience there was 5 stars plus. When I scheduled my car for a NYS state inspection. I thought I make it easier to schedule it here being I lived in Ny.. I was told on the phone my second service would be included free. I did say to the advisor I have 6000 mikes on the car in two years. Upon arrival I was then told be someone else. I am not covered and I would have to pay $140 for it I wish they knew what they were saying initially. I wouldn't have made the trip there. I refused the oil change and the advisor told me we will just to the inspection and not check anything else. When I picked up the vehicle I was told they check the fluids. This totally baffles me as in 38 years of driving luxury vehicles why wouldn't this dealer want to check their own leased investment while in their possession.? I probably should have went to Greenich location as from the start they seemed so much more friendly and service informed. And I know I would have gotten the oil change and never got the aggravation this place gave me. For such a well built beautiful car. The service and knowledge this place has is disappointing and far below the Lexus standard More

Excellent service department and customer service. Was driving from Northern Connecticut to New York, it started raining and after a few minutes one of the windshield wipers snapped . I map quested the closest Lexus dealer to me which was Lexus of Mt.Kisco. Called them up and told them the problem, they asked me which model I had and connected me with the service department to let them know that I would be arriving within the half hour. Arrived at the dealership and was on my way within 20 minutes. This was not my usual Lexus dealer. Everything was done immediately, very professional, great service department and wonderful customer service. More

She was able to answer most of my questions, and for those she couldn't she followed up with calls and answers for everything I needed to know. She is not only pleasant, she has one of those personalities that makes you feel as if you've known her for years and you're in good hands. And trust me, you are. She kept me apprised of the servicing of my car throughtout the day and was a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Cora!
