Michael Day walked me through every step of the way in the process all the way to the end until I drove out the parking lot. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and most importantly, he was able to give me the car that had everything I wanted for a GREAT price. People who understands the customers' needs. I am loyal to Lexus brand, had 7 vehicles so far, but dealt with 5 different Lexus dealers. That's because the people that I dealt with at the time of I am loyal to Lexus brand, had 7 vehicles so far, but dealt with 5 different Lexus dealers. That's because the people that I dealt with at the time of the sales were no longer there or moved to the other dealer. Since it's the 'people' business, I tend to work with the 'people' who understands and sincere. I had 15,000 miles over on my lease and wanted to get some advise from the previous dealer what are my options. I called and even dropped by, talked to the sales person about my situation, but I am only get a call or email asking if I am still in the market, or they have a great special this month. Lexus of Mt. Kisco is nearby my work, so I decided to stop by since I cannot keep waiting for other dealers' answer and increasing the mileage. I met with Gene Moretti and Ched Gelb, who not only eager to help, but made the deal so that I can get out of the old lease and get into a new lease. Gene was sincere and professional, understanding the customers needs. As long as Gene is there, I will continue my Lexus buying at Lexus of Mt. Kisco. Great car buying services! More

I wound up purchasing a 2013 CPO GS 350 which I am very happy with. Gene is a great salesman who in addition to being very knowledgeable about the car, was also very helpful in making my decision regarding purchase versus lease. He didn't pressure me in any way, and was truly concerned about pleasing me as his customer. This was absolutely the best car purchasing experience that I've ever had. More
Poor Customer Service Skills This dealer needs to train their staff and get them up to speed with the skills that are needed to be successful in today's business environment. A vehicle is one of the bigger purchases a person will make and this staff should make the consumer feel confident. When you are purchasing a quality vehicle like a Lexus you expect to receive the same level of quality from a customer service stand point. This staff needs to be held accountable. I hope the Scatterdays can use this review for training purposes and help improve the level of customer service one expects from a Lexus dealership. More
