Great Car Buying Experience We shopped for SUV's for a while. We went to several dealerships and drove several different SUV's. We tested the Cadillac SRX, Audi Q5, and the Lexu We shopped for SUV's for a while. We went to several dealerships and drove several different SUV's. We tested the Cadillac SRX, Audi Q5, and the Lexus RX350. There was no comparison. The Lexus was by far the best of the breed and the people at Lexus of Mt. Kisco were top notch. Our salesperson, Mike Tierney, spent a lot of time with us showing us all of the features of the RX350. At delivery Mike made sure my wife fully understood how to program everything and whenever she had a question Mike was available to answer help her resolve any questions. We will definitely return to this dealership when we need another vehicle. I would recommend this dealership, and Mike in particular, to anyone interested in a Lexus More

Worth the travel I was in the market for a new/used car and did some research on what I wanted. By far, the reception I received over the phone from Gene was the best. Because I was traveling a long way, it was important to ensure there were vehicles I was interested in to look at - as I was only planning one trip. Gene knew this, appreciated that honesty, and provided updates on the inventory for a few weeks while I planned to visit. There were no surprises when we got there. The selection was great and attentiveness was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership as they exhibited professional, courtious attitudes towards everyone from the receptionist, to the service staff, sales and finance team. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and of finding a dealership I will certainly work with again - even though it is quite a distance away. It's worth the travel! More
