Bought a pre-owned RX350 from them. From the moment we stepped in the door the first time we were there, Bruno greeted us immediately and was super helpful. We decided to come back for a different RX two weeks later due to the experience and finally bought an RX from them. Bruno went above and beyond when we picked up the car. He ran out in the rain so he can drive that RX to the delivery bay so we didn't have to be in the rain. Just a warning that they do charge a 2% fee on top of the internet list price though. Wish they would list the actual price with that included. More
