We were told by Gene that we could leave a reasonable deposit to hold the car until we returned to NY. We then drove 50 miles to see and test drive the car and it was everything that Gene had said that it was. He answered patiently and honestly all my questions and explained all about the options I had in very clear terms and paid close attention to what was important to me. The day I picked up the car, I was surprised at the attention to detail given to preparing the car for me. Derrick Brickhouse made the financing process very simple and took the time to go over all details and additional options to make sure I was well informed of extended warranties. Friends who use this dealership are very satisfied with the Service department and I will expect the same. More
