Great experience buying pre-owned RX350! Found Mt Kisco Lexus to be professional, courteous, and reliable. Pricing was fair, BUT with no hidden fees to worry over. Salesman Dave Sturm made our shopping and delivery experience a delight as compared to the many "used car" salesmen we had dealt with in our initial car search. Frankly, we had made a decision to buy locally in CT, found a similar vehicle ad on the internet for Mt Kisco Lexus and decided to make a 1 hour drive out to them in NY. The vehicle was just as advertised (maybe even cleaner) in and out. We sat down with Dave and discussed pricing, and were told the price was just as advertised with only $75 added Dealer fee (unlike many other dealers up-charges and "convenience fees"). When we took delivery after the weekend, Dave greeted us and spent an hour inside the car acquainting us with the cars features and operations. With a full tank of gas we were off and away with good feelings for the whole process. The only negative was the mandatory final ordeal with the Business Manager before final delivery (probably typical of all deliveries elsewhere too) was a bit much on the hard sell for extended warranty and service contracts. We highly recommend Lexus of Mt Kisco as a reputable dealer with great products! More
