It was a very pleasant experience from the very beginning. We walked in the door, was greeted at the reception desk and our salesperson came out to talk with us. George was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He did not do a hard-sell at all. He figured out by the second test-drive what car and features I would truly like. The fact he did not try and push us for a deposit right away was MUCH appreciated, he understood our situation with my current non-working car. We went back two days later and George did not balk at our request to drive a used car on the lot (for a lot less money.). The price negotiation for the 2022 model I wanted was with the manager. Of course he wants at least the sticker price and would tell us how new cars are going for $10,000 over sticker., worth a try to get top dollar if you can… That being said, they did lower the price after a few rounds of back-and-forth. The woman in finance was nice, just make sure you understand what the different extra warranty levels they push include. George made sure my car was immaculately. cleaned (he had it redone) which was appreciated. Adam went through every single button and feature inside and out and even gave me his phone number to call anytime or to make an appointment for another lesson. I have worked with car dealers many, many years ago and I must say George Thomas and workers were so much better than I expected. As an older woman, I was happy to see things have improved and to see a woman managing the finance department. More

Antonio replied to me and provided all the information that I needed very quickly. When my husband and I went to see the car, Antonio had it waiting for us in the front, ready for a test drive. He said that he would do anything he can to work out a deal that meets our needs and he did!
