Just had the best car purchase and trade ever in all regards, and we have probably bought a dozen or more new cars over the past many years. The general manager Andreas set the most hospitable tone a regards, and we have probably bought a dozen or more new cars over the past many years. The general manager Andreas set the most hospitable tone and all of his staff totally follow his lead. A great example of senior management setting the tone of an entire organization. The sales manager Gianluca listened very carefully to our particular situation and then made a great deal for us within a short period of time that exceeded our expectations. Gabriella did all the research and located a new Rx that exactly met our specifications. So all four with whom we worked were exemplary, super polite and no pressure. We had no expectation of buying a car yesterday but yup, we did! The business manager Debbie completely reversed my bad recollection of high pressure dealer business managers .... she gets 6 stars on scale 1-5! ONE DAY LATER P.S. on initial review I ACCIDENTALLY gave Debbie 1 star instead of 5 stars. I just fixed that and made it "5". And if I could, I'd would give her 6 stars :-) More
