We bought a CPO RX 450H from Juan Padilla. He was a very good salesman. Worked with us on our requirements and timing. We closed the transaction very quickly on the same day. Like all CPOs and used cars, there are minor issues that need to be fixed. Juan followed up and helped us to resolve all our problems. It was a drive from Manhattan to the dealership but it was worth the distance. More

Where do I start! ? This is one of if not THE BEST dealership I’ve EVER purchased a vehicle from! The moment you get out of your car in the parking lot you are greeted ? This is one of if not THE BEST dealership I’ve EVER purchased a vehicle from! The moment you get out of your car in the parking lot you are greeted by EVERYONE… from the groundskeeper to the sales people! Personally I found that to be one of the best qualities! They don’t pressure you to purchase anything and didn’t hesitate to accompany us on a test drive! (All that inside of 20 mins in the dealership) 😁 our sales person was Anthony Scott… HE IS THE BEST!!! He was able to tell us EVERYTHING about the 2022 IS 350 F (and I do mean everything!) he walked us through the vehicle showed all the features and functions etc. (he even educated us on the difference between having air vs helium in your tires) 😁🤣 he truly went over and beyond what I expected!! He then introduced us to Debarati Saha in financing… tbh we don’t have the best credit… yet she was able to get us into a 2022 IS 350 F SPORT within our financial means! Her work ethic is unlike any other! (Truthfully speaking) my wife and I sat there and witnessed her negotiating and putting the customer first!! ❤️❤️❤️ EVERYONE at this dealership was super friendly! No one walked by you with out being greeted with a hello or kind gesture!! I say that to say this… LEXUS OF MT KISCO is definitely a place to visit for you next car!! More
