She was patient and addressed all our questions and concerns, located the exact vehicle we were searching for and gave us a fair price for our two trade-ins. She was great to work with. Michal Moczulski who is the Sales Manager was attentive and made sure we were comfortable in the showroom. Harry Perez who delivered the vehicle to us was excellent all around. He helped us set-up the Lexus app and made sure we were ready to hit the road. This was a smooth process and we couldn't be happier. We came all the way from Brooklyn South (50+ miles).
