My wife and I have purchased a combined TEN BMWs from this dealership (having previously changed ownership a few times) since 2005. This will be my sixth. I love driving the "Ultimate Driving Machine" this dealership (having previously changed ownership a few times) since 2005. This will be my sixth. I love driving the "Ultimate Driving Machine" and have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with these folks over all of those years. This years, as my lease was about to expire, I was introduced to Jerick Rosario. From that first handshake, until I drove away with my 2023 228i XDrive on November 8th, my experience with him has been an absolutely delightful experience. Jerick communicated with me, kept me informed and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He made me feel more like a family member than just a customer. I was very impressed with his professionailsm, knowledge of the product and he answered every question to my satisfaction. My wife accompanied me and now she can't wait to purchase her next BMW with Jerick. In addition to my accolades for Mr. Rosario, I want to thank Chris Orridge for taking me through the process of financing my lease so smoothly, Sean Holmes, for facilitating all of the people and other "moving parts" that I am involved with as a customer and Maureen Guerrero for always patiently having the answers to my unending list of questions.
