I recently purchased a car from DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, my sales consultant, Victor Cunha, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made th Kisco and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, my sales consultant, Victor Cunha, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. The sales manager, Stanley, was also very helpful and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. Guys thank you. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when dealing with the finance department. The financial representative, Junior, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He used inappropriate language like “WT...” and even mocked me for not understanding certain terms, which was completely uncalled for. His rude and condescending behavior made an otherwise pleasant experience very uncomfortable. He even said that I going to cry if I buy this car because their service and maintenance is expensive. Despite the excellent service from Victor and Stanley, the negative interaction with Junior significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the dealership addresses this issue and provides additional training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism. More
