I normally do not right reviews but I feel so compelled to after one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and having bought over 20 cars in my life that was no small feat. I was shopping for a 2010-2011 RX 350 and I had shopped online and felt that Lexus of Mt Kisco was priced very competitive and had a large selection. So I made the trip in and was greeted by Carl Hoffman. He took me around the lot and I picked out a car to test drive. The price was great & the price for my car shockingly good to so I went ahead with the purchase. What was so different is that Scott & Carl took the time to explain everything to me how he came up with price for my car how they price there cars and how it stacks up against other cars for sale in the area. So i was very happy. I picked up my car the next day and after all the excitement i noticed that there was a rub or scuff on the rear bumper. I called Carl but this is where i figured it would not go the way i wanted it too. i was wrong Carl spoke to Scott and they asked me to send a picture of the mark on the car ten minutes later Scott called me and explained that normally this is something that need to be discussed before the car is delivered, But that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I purchased my Lexus from Lexus of Mt. Kisco via their web site. Due to my wifes physical condition we were unable to physically visit the dealership to view the car. However, based upon Lexus reputation on their CPO Certified cars we felt comfortable with the salesmans, Carl Hoffman, descriptive of the car. He told us the car was "Perfect", with no blemishes or problems. This was our first "mistake". Even though we were provided with a "Car-fax", please don't be fooled, for the Car-fax really doesn't tell you all. You must view the car you may be considering before you purchase for there are many other variables to consider and seeing is believing. There were unsitely damage to three of the four wheels and two slashes on one of the tires. After taking recept of the car via truck transport the damages were reported by phone to Mr. Scott Orofino. From that point on all communication from Mr. Orofino was never again by phone, only e-mail. He never returned my phone messages. He told me , via e-mail only, that he would take car of things. However, claiming that all these damages were most likely caused by the trucker, who by the way delivered the car to me on a one car carrier traveling only 150 miles. Mr. Orofino danced around his promises for a few days, via only e-mail. I was then forced to contact Lexus Corporate in order to receive satisfaction. Lexus Corporate was terrific in responding to my problem and eventually all was corrected. I suggest you choose a "Route Canal" as a chice before buying your Lexus from Lexus of Mt. Kisco. It was the worst car buying experience I ever had. More

This dealership has wonderful integrity. My mother's car was in for service when a dealership employee accidentally collided with another vehicle while moving the car around the lot. A service manager immed was in for service when a dealership employee accidentally collided with another vehicle while moving the car around the lot. A service manager immediately notified my mom, who asked me to deal with the situation. While the damage was not severe, management was clearly mortified and the result was AMAZING care from every employee involved in addressing the problem. Not only did the dealer repair damage from their own accident, they fixed a dent my mom had caused herself at another time. They detailed the car for free and and did the service the car was originally brought in for -- also at no charge. If the test of a business's character is how it responds when things go wrong (something always happens), Lexus of Mt. Kisco has superlative character. Chris Scatterday, Sal Cirillo and their teams have certainly earned our family's trust. More
After happily agreeing to a good deal with Nerijus I returned to the dealership to have the manager appraise my trade-in vehicle. He placed a value 35% lower than another Lexus dealer($3500 vs $5500) so returned to the dealership to have the manager appraise my trade-in vehicle. After purchasing my Lexus from another dealer for $1500 less a couple of days later I called Nerijus and asked him to return my refundable deposit. He agreed. Several days later I asked him about my refund he said it will becoming shortly. A week later I called again and he said the manager had it and was taking care of it. A few days later I called again and then wanted to talk to the manager. Nerijus said the manager took a long weekend but everything was fine. Several days later I called Nerijus and he never returned my call. I then called the manager again and he did not return my call. This morning I again called Nerijus and left a message on his voice mail. I called the dealership again to reach the manager this time and asked the receptionist if Nerijus was in today and she said yes. I told her to leave a message for him to call me. I was told the manager was in Greenwich at their other dealership today. After a seemingly unendless number of calls I have not heard back from Mt Kisco Lexus. Thus as you can see why I am upset with them. I have now taken this to litigation to get a refund. More
The sales employees were extremely helpful and informative. The general staff was very courteous as well and were ready to assist me with any questions I had. He was very meticulous about going over any possible financial questions, and also helped me out with details about the car. Overall, the service was great and I look forward to continuing business with them in the future. More
