I came with the intention of looking at this car and then going home to make my final decision because the price is very high for a retired teacher. I was impressed so very much with every detail that I signed a contract that night. I knew then that I was going to be happy and I was correct. My car had to be acquired from another dealership and when I looked at Barbara for about a minute I realized I had known her from another dealership from before and after dealing with her I was now guaranteed I would be happy for sure. When I step into a new place I am a bit unsure of myself especially with the person who handles the finance at the end but even here the experience was pleasant. I have had so many unpleasant experiences that it would be more that once that I would out of the dealership and the salesperson went after me and acted as an intermediary so that we could complete the deal. That is how miserable it was and that is how much trepidation I had and I said this to the salesperson and to Barbara since I did know her. They both said it would not be the case here. And, I will tell you that when I came back for questions about the car, I actually went back just to say Hi to the financial person because he made dealing so pleasant. It was a rare experience for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for the car itself as well as the ease of dealing with the people so that the purchase could be completed. You do not feel rushed, can ask your questions, feel comfortable and also walk away so happy. It is a rare experience, indeed. More

My story actually starts at the BMW of Mt. Kisco across the street. The service I received was poor at best. They were not attentive or reasonably concerned about my interst in purchasing a car. I happened to come to Lexus because there was an Acura they has available that I was interested in. After my experience at BMW, I almost decided to go home, but I came to Lexus anyway. I was greeted immediately by the customer service rep at the fron t desk who wa able to find someone immediately to help with my car interest. Gene Moretti was who approached me and inquired my name, shook my hand very heartily and was a joy to speak with. Evne though the Acura I was interested in was already sold, he asked his manager about any other cars that may be of interest to me. I actually bought a 2013 Audi. I really love my car. Julius Kovacs was also a joy to interact with. I actually felt like Lexus was happy about getting my business. I actually live all the way in New Rochelle, but would come back to Mt. He was very straightforward and explained their process. I contacted him on a Wednesday and we visited them on the upcoming Saturday. We found a Certified 2011 GS350 AWD, test drove it, made and offer and with our trade-in we were able to get a great deal. We took the car home the same day - a testament to their process and people. Carl was very accommodating and we truly felt like we were being treated with respect and fairness. Scott, the pre-owned sales manager was also a pleasure to work with. About three weeks later, we were in the market for a smaller vehicle and purchased an IS. Scott and Carl worked with us to get us a great deal. The surrounding are modern and stylish and in the service area one "could eat off the floor ." Future ( Free ) service appointments were made before we left. We get 2 free sevices and as many free washes as we want during the life of the lease. For each scheduled service there is a free loaner with pck-up and delivery. I feel we are in " good hands.
