I then asked if I could test drive their rX450 Hybrid sUV as my suv, which i loved, was in need of replacement. My reservations about buying another SUV was that the gas mileage was terrible. With my new car being hybrid, that was corrected. And so, we bought the car. While we were there, my husband saw the IS350 sedan in the showroom. We went back two weeks later, and left with that car too. Our experience with the dealership was terrific. Their showroom is like a four star hotel, and the service is excellent. From our salesman, Michael Bergman, to the financial guy, Julius, all of our needs were met. More

Great buying experience I found the car I was looking for online and after submitting the inquery I immediatly got a call from Gene Moretti. From the time I first talked to I found the car I was looking for online and after submitting the inquery I immediatly got a call from Gene Moretti. From the time I first talked to Gene on the phone to meeting him in person he was nothing but professional and very knowledgeable and spoke to both my wife and I rather than just one of us. I liked this very much because afterall the car we were buying was for my wife. Gene said from the beginning that it would be an easy buying experience and it was. There were no games, there were no gotcha sales tactics. Everything was presented honestly and very clearly laid out. Also dealing with Jeff Emch in the F&I dept was great. Jeff was very dilligent and complete in the process of financing and payment etc. Jeff was very professional and very honest with us and really put us at ease. Due to a small issue with the keys of the SUV we purchased Lexus of Mount Kisco bought us lunch for our trouble. This by far was the easiest buying experience my wife and I had ever had and would highly recommend buying cars from Lexus of Mount Kisco. Easiest Buying experience ever I have had probably the best and easiest car buying experience of my life at Lexus of Mt. Kisco. I will preface by saying I had been to around 8 or so I have had probably the best and easiest car buying experience of my life at Lexus of Mt. Kisco. I will preface by saying I had been to around 8 or so dealerships during my car buying process before coming here and to say they were less than professional would be an understatement. I came to the dealership looking at a non-Lexus, A 2013 Kia Soul in fact, so I was a little apprehensive at the notition of going to a luxury car dealership to see a "Non'Luxury car", and the treatnment we would get. Our Salesperson was Gene Moretti and from our first meeting he was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. He spoke to not only my husband but to ME ( something that very often didn't happen at other dealerships eventhough the car was for me, in my name) and answered all of my questions. Jeff in Finanace was excellent also, truley one of the fastest finance and pick up experiences we've ever had. They really go above and beyond to make you feel important, even if you are not buying the top of the line lexus. We will definitly recommend Gene and Lexus of Mt. Kisco to everyone. More
