I was immediately impressed that I received a call back from Gene Moretti regarding my online inquiry by the next day! I was also drawn to this particular dealership because of all the positive ratings by other customers. Well I now too are one of these EXTREMELY pleased customers. Gene was so amazing even after me having to cancel my initial appointment with him he was so genuinely concerned and understanding with my personal situation and he hadn't even met me yet! He did not focus on the fact that I had to cancel our appointment he just really made me feel like he was an old concerned friend. And when I met him in person he did not disappoint he was just as nice and pleasant as he was on the phone. He made the effort to get the particular vehicle I was interested in transferred from another location and had it all ready by the time I got there to test drive it. He was so knowledgeable and well informed regarding all the special features of my prospective new car. All my information was collected without a hitch and all I had to do was go home and wait for my approval, and thats when I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff (Emce) who met all my requests almost to the dollar everything he quoted me was exact! No surprises! He was so efficient I wasn't able to communicate with him via telephone because of work and he was so understanding and informed me of my approval and all the specifics via email and answered all my million questions, offering different options without being over bearing and was just a pleasure to work with. So amazing with numbers. In closing I can't say enough about how amazing and easy these guys made this process. I've bought many cars from a variety of different dealership but I've never had the pleasure of working with such awesome, efficient, knowledge filled guys. These guys know there stuff, they make your experience a great one and most importantly they do it in such a timely manner. I swear my whole experience in total was less than 2hrs, over the span of my 2 visits! They had everything ready for me and they were honest in all there quotes down to the penny! Even though lexus is an amazing car and pretty much sells itself, Gene's professionalism was an added bonus in me making my decision. A MUST READ Tech Savy Consumer Focused Attention I have purchased 3 cars within the past 7 years a Cadillac xxx-V, Mercedes-Benz S550 AMG-Sport Ed. and now Lexus. Out of all the three there was noth I have purchased 3 cars within the past 7 years a Cadillac xxx-V, Mercedes-Benz S550 AMG-Sport Ed. and now Lexus. Out of all the three there was nothing better than the service, dedication to excellence and attention given from the first email to signing out the door. The car was exactly how it was listed! Furthermore if there was a question, Mike Tierney, in sales answered my question ASAP, simply making me feel as I was his priority. This was not only my experience, I witnessed Mike having back to back people waiting for him alone. This is the mark of good person! Now the dealership, it was Good Friday (rush hour and 70 miles to go, and people waited to help satisfy our purchasing interest. My wife wanted Tea, someone went and filled the cup of hot water, my 5 yr. old running around having fun... no bother for the sales teams and employees alike, very family oriented. In Finance, we met with Julius Kovacs, professionalism at its height, no push to get more than what we didn't need, a common sense approach to a bad winter hopefully long gone. He was thorough, professional and pleasant in Finance, is what it is, you either have the credit or don’t anything else you should call into question without having to know a guy of friend whose wife works at the bank. If you don’t have the credit then what are you doing at Lexus I say go to Honda … I have to admit, I am that one that sales people want to do business with I’m not a hard sell, I’ve done my homework. But sometimes 1/2 though they realize they will earn their take, I'm a pain, and they never once lead me to put my guard up. I felt at ease, I felt my family was at ease and so the Brand goes, my Lexus L460L is one of the best riding cars that I have driven to date.
