You completed a very enjoyable overall experience for us at Lexus of Mt. Kisco. It all begin with Michael, who along with Eric, met our final purchase price and trade-in goal. They were courteous and respectful for what is usually the most confrontational negotiation. They met our price with a smile, and thus we were able to smile. Michael took the time to explain every feature of the car when we picked it up and the car is definitely loaded with features. Eric helped Michael close the deal with the price we wanted and even called us at home to ensure that we were still happy with the price. We were so impressed by the Lexus ES Hybrid that we decided to upgrade. Ed made the transition seamless and was even able to secure the color and interior we wanted in less than a week. He expertly explained all the bells and whistles and even had the time to pair our phones etc. He has contacted us a number of times to see how we liked the car and to answer any questions that we had.
