I had been to several Before I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, I had spent several months exploring every car company I could find within my budget. I had been to several dealers, with a plan to buy a used car. I had test driven a few, liked a few, even liked some of the people I had met to the point where I wanted to give them the business... But I didn't love the car. Then I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, because I told myself that I wanted to go check out the ES Series. As I was on my way to it in the show room, I spotted the IS250... And then of course, as car dealership destiny dictates, I was introduced to my salesman- Jack Daniels. So after a pleasant conversation surrounding solution based selling, Jack and I hit the road. He knew everything about the car, including the most important part to me- function and controls. He was able to walk me through navigation, all of the features, managing the radio and media, and safety among other things. I could see how much value there was in driving this vehicle. Jack's passion for life and driving Lexus was just the icing on the cake and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The car sold itself- that same car I test drove is now my baby- a brand new Lexus IS250. After I made an easy decision it was time to get down to purchase and finance options. Julius Kovacs and Christopher Scatterday absolutely went to bat for me, and not only made this deal happen, but got me a phenomenal finance rate. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had there. I've been back several times to thank these guys bc I can't do it enough!! He was not stuck on selling me a new 2014 car. When he noted that my requirements did not justify a brand new car, he showed me a certified pre-owned one that suited me fine. Not pushy at all, Mike took me through the process with ease. When we faced a hurdle, he described his opinion and then left the decision where it belonged, with me. Let me give you an example. I wondered if the car would fit in my garage and asked him for the dimensions. He said, "Why don't you drive it home and find out?" When I was about ready to start my test drive, I asked Mike, "Can we get the windshield cleaned before we go?" He said, "Why don't we get the car washed here at the dealership like you can anytime you're nearby?" (And anytime you bring the car in for service.) The price we arrived at was below similar rates quoted in my area. Mike was also very helpful in explaining all the features of my new car. He's a champ and a great guy to do business with. Jeff Emch was the business manager who wrote up the contract with me. Although I had less contact with Jeff, he was competent, professional, and pleasant. When I raised a question about the power of attorney, he made a suggestion, I wrote it in, and initialed it. No problem. As you can tell I was very impressed by this dealership. The building is spacious and attractive with nice customer waiting areas. The service areas were spotless. This is a class act. More

I was immediately impressed that I received a call back from Gene Moretti regarding my online inquiry by the next day! I was also drawn to this particular dealership because of all the positive ratings by other customers. Well I now too are one of these EXTREMELY pleased customers. Gene was so amazing even after me having to cancel my initial appointment with him he was so genuinely concerned and understanding with my personal situation and he hadn't even met me yet! He did not focus on the fact that I had to cancel our appointment he just really made me feel like he was an old concerned friend. And when I met him in person he did not disappoint he was just as nice and pleasant as he was on the phone. He made the effort to get the particular vehicle I was interested in transferred from another location and had it all ready by the time I got there to test drive it. He was so knowledgeable and well informed regarding all the special features of my prospective new car. All my information was collected without a hitch and all I had to do was go home and wait for my approval, and thats when I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff (Emce) who met all my requests almost to the dollar everything he quoted me was exact! No surprises! He was so efficient I wasn't able to communicate with him via telephone because of work and he was so understanding and informed me of my approval and all the specifics via email and answered all my million questions, offering different options without being over bearing and was just a pleasure to work with. So amazing with numbers. In closing I can't say enough about how amazing and easy these guys made this process. I've bought many cars from a variety of different dealership but I've never had the pleasure of working with such awesome, efficient, knowledge filled guys. These guys know there stuff, they make your experience a great one and most importantly they do it in such a timely manner. I swear my whole experience in total was less than 2hrs, over the span of my 2 visits! They had everything ready for me and they were honest in all there quotes down to the penny!
