I purchased a 2013 ES350 one year ago. Today my car has 90K and the transmission is shot. I should have k own better as the transmission was always a bit off but the dealer promised me it was the norm. Now 90K and the transmission is shot. I should have k own better as the transmission was always a bit off but the dealer promised me it was the norm. Now I have a 5K repair on a car that is supposed to be the MOST reliable. I think Lexus of Greenwich was well aware and sold it anyway (judging by the old Carfax they made me sign (with no accident) when the up to date one on the day of purchase showed a prior accident). These guys are slick, be very very careful. They will take advantage of you and tell you to take a hike if you have an issue BE VERY AWARE More
