He brought the car to me to test drive and I purchased from my house. When I received the car it was clean inside and out. He made the buying process so easy. Alex Oceguera took care of the e-signatures with ease. There was never any pressure to purchase the car/SUV. Every call he was professional and kind. The dealership did a great job with making sure the car operated and appeared like it was brand new. Lexus of Greenwich is an impressive looking dealership and easy to access from I-95 and Metro North. I took the train to pick up my car, and the walk was a single block away. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Alex and Louis were very accomodating on helping me understand our options and the financing process. I'm happy with our price and loan. Dave helped with the final steps in the process and was amazing. He stayed late while we finalized the paperwork when I picked up the car. He helped explain all of the special functionality in the vehicle. He even personally dropped off my plates when they came in. Wow! I highly recommend working with Dave when coming in to buy a vehicle. Overall, very happy with the experience. I'll follow-up on the service component when I come in for our first 5,000 mile check up. More

Outstanding Customer Service My mother and I recently visited the Lexus of Greenwich Dealership, to pursue a lease buyout of an expiring lease she had with the dealership. Carlos Villaverde and Alex Ocheguerra seamlessly led us through the process on an expedited timeframe. This is not a service that the dealership receives a significant profit. But it didn't matter. They treated like we were buying a new car, with incredible customer service. They valued the fact that we have been part of the Lexus "Family" for several years and treated us as such. We certified the car ( and received great communication and service from Edwin Molina-Lopez) as they explained the process and benefits of doing so. Needless to say, we couldn't be more pleased with how this all turned out. My mom and I recommend without hesitation the Lexus of Greenwich Dealership and suggest you consider a Lexus for your next purchase. Thank you vey much Carlos and Alex!!! More

Have been a 25 Year Customer of Lexus owing over 7 different Model’s. Still currently own my 1994. As usual and every few years my Wife will Lease another. Have used 2 Dealer’s in this time.. As a ret different Model’s. Still currently own my 1994. As usual and every few years my Wife will Lease another. Have used 2 Dealer’s in this time.. As a return Customer of Greenwich we asked for a competitive deal offered to us by Ray Cantena. Scott the GM of Greenwich promised us a matching deal that was crystal clear by Scott, Art(Salesmen) my Wife and I. It was KNOWN and lease return was inspected including the 800 mile’s over. As with the last 3 Least return’s, the mileage was over from 200-800 and always agreed it would be forgiven with lease of another new Lexus. My Wife and I bought a new 2020 recently and again promised the car was no longer our responsibility and proceeded to drive away. Fast foward 2 month’s later..... We received a Bill of $225 for over mileage!!! Again, this was agreed and they even matched the price and complete deal we were offered at Ray Cantena which included, as usual, the extra mileage. I called Scott... he argued it was our problem and we were responsible for paying the bill. I reminded him of the deal we made and he began to be argumentative and not the same person who “wanted to win us back from Ray Cantena”. He was a very different person than the guy I sat down with making the deal. He made sure to tell me the “Dealer will not pay anything” and we ended the call with no comprise and his rudeness. The $225 will not change our lives and has been paid however as a man of my word I gave him a shot to earn my business back again which was AGAIN a huge disappointment at Greenwich. There will be no more Lexus vehicle’s bought and look forward to the day we return our new one. Buyer beware... make sure it’s all on paperwork before shaking hands otherwise month’s later you will be getting a disappointment in the mail. More
