Finding DARCARS of Greenwich was a blessing in disguise. During this pandemic, the price of used cars skyrocketed. The sales manager, Tom Chen, sold me on the Lexus certification, and our car salesman, Scott Greenberg, sold me on the vehicle. I live 5 miles away from a Lexus dealership, but I ended up driving 342 miles to get a pre-owned ES 350 that was newer, had less miles, and was my top choice of color, for a much better price. Scott helped me through the entire process from the minute I picked up the phone to inquire about the car, to the moment I drove off with it, and he is still taking my calls when I have questions on operability. If you are in the market for an ES 350, I highly recommend it. I have always loved the look and feel of the car, but I was enamored when I started driving it in Sports Mode. I highly recommend Lexus to my friends and family, and I will highly recommend DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich to them as well.
