I regret that 0 stars is not an option. I called and asked if a specific car was there for me to see. The salesman assured me it was. I'm sorry to say I received very poor customer service here! I bought a used car, and my experience leading up to the purchase was generally positive in that all the sales staff were pleasant, accommodat here! I bought a used car, and my experience leading up to the purchase was generally positive in that all the sales staff were pleasant, accommodating, and direct and honest in setting the price. This is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, once they had payment for the car, the sales managers who worked with me on the purchase, had no interest in helping me resolve a couple of relatively simple issues. It took several weeks, multiple phone calls and emails, and my husband finally threatening to call the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau just to get the car scheduled for a repair that fell under the 30 day warranty. When I called, I was repeatedly transferred from one person to another and then promised a call back that never came. My messages and emails were either not returned at all or were answered with unkept promises to get back to me later that day. It's now going on 6 months since I bought the car, and I still do not have an answer as to why the refund check for an overcharge on registration fees (which again required multiple calls and 2 months to get) was less than expected. I've decided it's not worth my time to pursue it anymore. Now I understand why the sales managers put intense pressure on me to give them a 5 star review online before I even left the dealership with the newly purchased car! I'm glad I waited because this is a more complete and accurate review. More
