I love my current Lexus, bought and serviced entirely at this dealership. However, I was interested in seeing a newer version of the same model, which Darcars Lexus had as a certified pre-owned. I recently had the opportunity to meet with Stephen Goyburu who was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and all around a pleasure to work with. Although I am not ready to make a change now, I will be back when I am, and wouldn't hesitate to refer Stephen to family and friends. I do feel it takes a village for a superb dealership, and this dealership has, in my opinion, nailed it with friendly, helpful staff, from the receptionists to the Service Department which is top notch (thank you Jeff Castaneda and Justin Archilla for many years of excellent customer service), and the service technicians and other people working behind the scenes.
