Stephen changed totally changed our perception of car dealerships. All of our (me and my family) hesitancy and prejudices about dealerships were absolutely shattered by Stephen. He was easily the friendliest salesman I've ever encountered, and we got an amazing deal on the perfect car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car we ended up purchasing. From the moment we met him, to the moment we drove out of the dealership, we all felt comfortable (this is extremely rare for us at car dealerships). I could go on literally all day about how amazing of an experience it was to buy from Stephen. I couldn't name a single even slightly negative or non-positive aspect of the entire thing. We literally could not have had a more pleasant experience buying a car. If you go to this dealership, definitely ask for Stephen, you can't go wrong. When I go back to get another Lexus, I will definitely be asking for him without a doubt. The friendliness, honesty, and transparency were unmatched. I wish I could leave him 10 stars, because it wouldn't be an exaggeration. More
