Art was outstanding in terms of honesty and following up with me on the status of my very specific request. He found the car that I wanted and when we visited Art to start the paperwork, the 2nd floor showr with me on the status of my very specific request. We quickly switched from the original car I insisted on and purchased the showroom car. Art was very flexible and managed to complete the sale. Three hours later I drove it off the lot.
